1. Airstrikes, artillery shelling, and home demolitions… ongoing Israeli violations in Gaza**
The Israeli occupation army continues to violate the ceasefire agreement for the 51st consecutive day, carrying out airstrikes, artillery shelling, and demolitions of homes across various areas of the Gaza Strip. The Strip witnessed a notable escalation on the ground, as Israeli vehicles opened heavy fire near the Moraj axis north of Rafah City, causing fear and panic among residents in nearby areas. Warplanes also launched a series of strikes targeting different neighborhoods in the city, accompanied by explosions that destroyed homes and residential buildings.

**2. Fifty days since the ceasefire… 357 martyrs and 903 wounded in the Israeli assault on Gaza**
The Government Media Office condemned the continued and systematic violations committed by the Israeli occupation authorities against the ceasefire decision, which has been in effect for over 50 days. It confirmed that as of Saturday evening, the number of documented violations had reached 591, in a blatant breach of international humanitarian law and the humanitarian protocol attached to the agreement.
The office added that these continuous violations have resulted in 357 civilian martyrs — most of them children, women, and the elderly — in addition to 903 wounded with varying injuries. It also reported that 38 citizens were arbitrarily arrested during raids and incursions, underscoring the occupation’s determination to undermine the agreement and create a bloody reality on the ground that threatens security and stability in the Strip.

**3. Gaza Ministry of Health: Severe shortage in eye-care services threatens thousands with blindness**
The Ministry of Health in Gaza warned today of worsening suffering among eye patients due to serious challenges facing the health sector as a result of the blockade and ongoing assault. It emphasized that the continuation of this reality threatens thousands of patients in the Strip with irreversible vision loss.
The ministry explained in a press statement that the breakdown of diagnostic and surgical equipment in hospitals has made it difficult to perform necessary surgeries, causing case backlogs and long waiting periods. This comes at a time when health facilities are facing a severe shortage of medications needed for eye-care services, which the ministry described as “extremely limited” and insufficient even for emergency needs.

**4. Journalists’ Protection Center: Palestinian journalist raped and sexually tortured in “Sde Teiman” detention facility**
The Palestinian Journalists’ Protection Center (PJPC) said that a Palestinian journalist detained by Israeli authorities was subjected to rape and sexual torture using a trained dog, causing him severe psychological trauma and loss of mental stability for more than two months — one of the most serious documented violations against journalists inside Israeli prisons.
The center explained that the crime occurred in the “Sde Teiman” detention camp, after the journalist and seven other detainees were forcibly taken to an isolated area in the compound, where they were subjected to group sexual assaults in the presence of Israeli soldiers, some of whom recorded the abuse and mocked them, while they were blindfolded, restrained, and deprived of any legal or humanitarian protection.
According to the journalist, identified as “Yahya” to protect his family, the assault lasted around three minutes, after which he suffered a severe psychological breakdown lasting more than two months — symptoms that human rights experts and doctors identified as consistent with acute stress disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

**5. Basal: Nearly 10,000 bodies remain under Gaza’s rubble, but recovery efforts rely on only one excavator**
Gaza Civil Defense spokesperson Mahmoud Basal said that efforts to recover the bodies of martyrs from beneath the rubble have not achieved any significant progress so far, noting that no heavy machinery has entered the Strip except for a single excavator working in the central region.
He explained that after the work in the central and southern areas is completed, the excavator will move to Gaza and the northern governorates. Basal stressed that one excavator is not enough to retrieve the large number of bodies under the rubble and called for the urgent entry of additional equipment to resolve this issue as quickly and safely as possible.

Pro-Palestine activists from the group *The After Shock* targeted facilities belonging to the Curtiss-Wright company in Scotland in protest of its provision of technology used in manufacturing weapons for Thales and Leonardo — both involved in arming the Israeli occupation military.
The activists said the British government “prioritizes the interests of the arms industry and its relationship with Israel over the lives of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians,” stressing that if the political will existed, “military aircraft could be halted immediately.”
Their statement added that UK authorities are attempting to “criminalize a movement calling for an arms embargo on Israel,” while activists vowed to keep applying pressure until contracts are ended with major weapons manufacturers involved in what they described as the genocide in Gaza, including Leonardo and Thales.

Two prominent Scottish podcasters — David McGinnes and David Milligan, known as “The Two Davies” — were arrested and charged under the UK Terrorism Act after expressing support for the Palestine Action movement, which was designated a terrorist organization by the British government last July.
Police stated that the two men, aged 58 and 68, were arrested for “supporting a banned organization,” and that a report would be submitted to the Scottish prosecutor to determine whether criminal charges will proceed.
The charges relate to a video the two podcasters recorded in which they criticized the UK government’s decision.
