The Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club warned of a dangerous escalation in the systematic repression carried out by the Israeli prison administration against prisoners, including women and children, as part of policies aimed at tightening control and breaking their will.
The two institutions explained, based on dozens of legal visits conducted during December 2025, that repression has become one of the main tools of the prison system and has seen an unprecedented escalation since the start of the genocidal war. No prisoner has been spared assaults that resulted in injuries of varying severity, most of them fractures, particularly to the ribs.

The head of the Government Media Office, Ismail Al-Thawabteh, warned of a potential humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip with the arrival of the current weather depression, stressing that the fragility of infrastructure caused by genocide and ongoing destruction by the occupation leaves residents exposed to serious risks.
Al-Thawabteh stated that heavy rainfall, strong winds, the possibility of flooding in low-lying areas, and the accumulation of water in residential neighborhoods near valleys and drainage channels dangerously complicate the humanitarian situation. He emphasized that the conditions of those affected remain difficult and complex, especially in light of the continued aggression and its direct repercussions.

The Boycott Movement in India called for a boycott of “Mondelēz International,” citing the company’s announcement on November 10, 2020, of an initial seed investment in Torr FoodTech, an Israel-based startup developing proprietary food technologies.
The movement asserts that this investment constitutes economic support for Israeli companies at a time when crimes against Palestinians—particularly in the Gaza Strip—are escalating.
The campaign urged consumers to avoid purchasing several Mondelēz products, including Oreo, Cadbury, and others, and instead choose alternatives from companies not linked to investments or relations with the occupation, such as Hershey and others.
