1. Three martyrs as Israeli shelling and gunfire resume east of the Strip**

Three citizens were killed as Israeli occupation forces continued to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip for the 93rd consecutive day, through aerial and artillery shelling and gunfire, particularly in the eastern areas of the Strip.
A local source reported the arrival of the martyrs Atef Samir Al-Bayouk and Mahmoud Breika at Nasser Hospital after a quadcopter drone targeted a group of civilians near Al-Noor Mosque, south of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

**2. 127,000 uninhabitable tents face an extremely cold weather system**

Residents of around 127,000 tents unfit for habitation in Gaza’s camps are facing a severe cold weather system—the harshest this winter—accompanied by bitter cold and a severe shortage of heating supplies and blankets exceeding 70%.
The head of the Government Media Office in Gaza, Ismail Al-Thawabteh, confirmed that 127,000 out of 135,000 tents have become uninhabitable and are currently exposed to a polar low bringing extreme cold. He noted that displaced people are suffering an acute shortage of blankets, bedding, and basic shelter materials, especially families living in worn-out tents and in remote, isolated areas, worsening their suffering under the harsh weather conditions.

**3. Satellite images document: the occupation destroyed more than 2,500 buildings and facilities in Gaza despite the ceasefire**

An analysis by *The New York Times*, based on satellite imagery, revealed that the Israeli occupation army continued demolition and destruction operations in the Gaza Strip despite the ceasefire, destroying more than 2,500 structures since the truce began, in a clear violation of the agreement’s terms.
Footage taken on the night of October 30, during the ceasefire period, shows what appears to be a large-scale controlled demolition in parts of the Shuja’iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City, an area under Israeli military control.
According to the agreement reached earlier that month, the occupation army was supposed to withdraw its forces beyond an agreed line inside the Strip, marked on maps published by the occupation with a yellow line.

**4. World Food Programme warns of worsening global hunger crisis**

The Executive Director of the World Food Programme, Cindy McCain, warned of a worsening global hunger crisis in 2026, affirming that more than 318 million people are facing acute levels of food insecurity.
McCain said the WFP cannot end hunger alone, noting that today’s crises require swift, strategic, and decisive action. She called on world leaders to act urgently to end man-made famines, increase humanitarian funding, and address the conflicts at the core of escalating hunger worldwide.

WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus revealed that more than 18,500 people from the Gaza Strip, including around 4,000 children, are still in urgent need of medical evacuation.
In this context, Ghebreyesus called on countries around the world to open their doors to patients coming from Gaza and to resume medical evacuation operations to the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, to receive necessary treatment.

Settlers attacked communities and lands in cities and villages of the occupied West Bank, in a continuing escalation of daily assaults under the protection of the occupation army.
Under army protection, groups of settlers attacked shepherds today in the Wadi Abu Shaban area of Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, and arrested the young man Alyan Ibrahim Alyan from the area.
Settlers also stormed the village of Al-Mughayyir northeast of Ramallah and assaulted residents, who suffer from daily incursions by settlers onto their lands.

**9. Widespread boycott of Australian festival after exclusion of Palestinian writer**

Dozens of writers and intellectuals boycotted the Adelaide Festival in Australia in protest at the exclusion of Palestinian-Australian academic and writer Randa Abdel-Fattah from the Adelaide Writers’ Week program, scheduled for next month.
The festival removed Abdel-Fattah from the list of participants despite her previous participation in the 2023 edition, where she moderated and took part in several sessions and discussions. The Adelaide Festival includes diverse cultural events such as arts, music, theatre, and public talks, with Writers’ Week considered one of its flagship annual programs.

The group “Friends of Palestine in Lucan” organized a solidarity vigil outside the Adamstown Tesco branch in the Republic of Ireland, in support of a Tesco employee from Newcastle, UK, who is facing arbitrary disciplinary action after refusing to handle Israeli goods.
Solidarity actions extended to include other protests outside Tesco branches in Britain.

Dozens of activists from the group *Palestina Demonstration Stockholm* took part in a large march in the Swedish capital Stockholm, in solidarity with the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in protest against the continued violations and crimes of the occupation against unarmed civilians.
Participants affirmed that violations have not stopped despite the ceasefire in Gaza coming into effect on October 10, noting that occupation forces continue to commit breaches including shelling populated areas and causing more martyrs and injuries among civilians, especially children and women.
Activists stressed that the march aims to convey the voice of the Palestinian people to the world and to pressure the international community to act to stop the attacks and protect civilians in Gaza.

Activists demonstrated in the French capital Paris, demanding the prosecution and accountability of the Israeli occupation and an end to the ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, in support of the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination.
The protest set off from Republic Square toward Bastille Square at the call of civil associations, with the participation of human rights activists and pro-Palestine organizations, alongside politicians from the party *La France Insoumise* and the *French Jewish Union for Peace*.
Participants raised Palestinian flags and banners calling for the protection of civilians, the release of detainees, and the boycott of companies supporting the occupation. They also urged the French government to honor its international commitments and enforce the arrest warrant against occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Pro-Palestine activists called on shoppers in Dublin to boycott Zara stores, protesting the company’s involvement in supporting the Israeli occupation and the genocide in Gaza.
Protesters said that Zara’s continued operations in Israel and the parent company’s ties with entities that support the occupation make it part of the economic system reinforcing ongoing violations against Palestinians.
Zara contributes economically to entrenching the occupation through its continued operations, supporting institutions involved in repression and occupation. The parent company also maintains business relationships with pro-occupation entities, making customer purchases part of financing activities that directly affect Palestinian lives, including settlement expansion, arrests, and attacks on civilians, especially in Gaza.

**14. Call to provide the “Hind Rajab” Foundation with information about an Israeli soldier**

The Hind Rajab Foundation, which specializes in pursuing war criminals involved in the genocide in Gaza, called on the public to provide any information that may help identify a member of the Israeli ski team who served as a reserve soldier for a year in Gaza.
This follows the circulation of a TikTok video dated January 1, 2026, indicating the soldier’s participation within Israeli forces during the assault on Gaza.
The foundation stressed the need for public cooperation, explaining that anyone with relevant information can contact them via email in Hebrew, English, or Arabic.

Ana Kasparian expressed her complete rejection of support for the occupation, considering funding it as support for a genocide against Palestinians.
She stated clearly that she cannot work and pay taxes to a system she considers “genocidal and disgusting,” affirming that she is not afraid to express this stance publicly.
Ana Kasparian is an American media personality and journalist, serving as a main co-host of *The Young Turks (TYT)*, a progressive online political program focusing on news, social justice, and human rights, with an audience of millions on platforms such as YouTube.

**16. Calls to boycott new Disney film over lead actor’s support for Israel**

Disney’s new film *Tangled* sparked widespread controversy on social media after the company chose American actor Milo Manheim—known for his support for Israel—to portray the character “Flynn Rider.”
Activists called for a boycott of the film, recirculating an Instagram post by Manheim in which he expressed support for the occupation army following the events of October 7, 2023, as well as his interactions with musician Matisyahu, known for his pro-Zionist stance.
The American company faced a similar situation in 2024, when activists worldwide called for a boycott of the film *Snow White*, starring Israeli actress Gal Gadot in the role of the “Evil Queen.”
