1. Three martyrs and injuries from occupation fire in Gaza amid ongoing violations

Israeli occupation forces have continued their field violations in the Gaza Strip through direct killings, targeting of children, and escalation of ground and aerial attacks in various areas. This has resulted in martyrs, injuries, and widespread destruction of civilian property, on the 107th day of the ceasefire agreement.
One citizen was killed and another injured as a result of attacks carried out by Israeli occupation forces in different areas of Gaza City. Local sources reported the martyrdom of **Mohammad Abed**, who was shot by occupation forces in the Halawa camp in Jabalia al-Balad, north of Gaza City.

### **2. Gaza Civil Defense: humanitarian situation has reached a critical stage and the occupation is obstructing aid entry**

The spokesperson for Gaza Civil Defense, Mahmoud Bassal, stated that the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip has reached a critical and unprecedented stage, with the absence of even the most basic necessities of life. He called on the international community to assume its responsibilities and take immediate action to stop the worsening humanitarian catastrophe.
Bassal said the Israeli occupation has used the issue of Israeli bodies as a pretext to halt the entry of humanitarian supplies into Gaza. He confirmed that thousands of bodies remain under the rubble, including children, women, and people with disabilities, and that they have not been recovered since the beginning of the war due to the lack of heavy equipment.
He added that thousands of civilians—especially children, women, and the sick—are suffering the horrors and consequences of the war beyond human endurance, warning that the continuation of this situation will lead to further unacceptable human losses and suffering.

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor warned of the continued desecration by the Israeli occupation army of cemeteries east of Gaza City, under the pretext of searching for the body of an Israeli soldier. It stressed that these practices constitute a serious violation of the dignity and sanctity of the dead and cannot be justified by any security pretext.
The Monitor said it documented the exhumation of around 200 graves in a cemetery in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood near the so-called “yellow line,” as part of extensive search operations for the body of Israeli soldier **Ran Gvili**, which the occupation later announced it had found.

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Club affirmed that the release of detainees from Israeli occupation prisons does not mean an end to the crimes and violations they endured. Their deteriorated physical and psychological conditions, physical appearance, and firsthand testimonies constitute living evidence of the continuation of systematic torture and extermination policies inside Israeli prisons, which have turned into fully fledged torture centers over the past two years.
The Club explained that all released detainees suffer from health and psychological problems to varying degrees, with some released in serious and complex conditions requiring hospitalization and urgent surgical operations.

The boycott movement in France called for boycotting the French cycling equipment company **EKOÏ** due to its continued sponsorship of the Israeli cycling team **Israel Premier Tech**, despite widespread criticism of the team’s links to settlement and occupation policies.
The movement stated that this partnership contradicts ethical and sporting values and contributes to polishing the image of an apartheid regime accused of committing genocide against the Palestinian people.
It noted that the team sparked widespread outrage in several European countries, particularly after participating in sporting events during the height of the assault on Gaza, as well as its previous association with former owner Sylvan Adams, known for his closeness to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his public support for settlement policies. Despite Adams stepping down at the end of 2025, EKOÏ continues to promote the sponsorship on its website, including selling products in the team’s colors, ignoring repeated calls to end the partnership.

According to the documents, the Department of Homeland Security recommended deporting the five students—who were all legally residing in the United States—due to their protest activities and public writings, despite internal acknowledgment that the measures might not withstand legal challenges.
