1. One killed and several injured by Israeli fire in eastern Gaza

One Palestinian was killed and others were injured by Israeli occupation forces’ fire in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood southeast of Gaza City, just hours after a female journalist and two young girls were killed in an Israeli artillery shelling in the central Gaza Strip.
A local source said that an Israeli quadcopter drone dropped a bomb on a group of civilians near Kashko Street in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, resulting in the death of the young man Imad Falafel and the injury of several others.

**2. Al-Quds International: Closing Al-Aqsa is a premeditated act of war aimed at imposing Israeli sovereignty**

The Al-Quds International Foundation stated that Israel’s closure of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem represents “a premeditated aggression and an act of war” that cannot be ignored.
The foundation called on Palestinians to head toward Al-Aqsa Mosque, travel to it, and pray at its gates, at checkpoints, or in public squares if they are prevented from reaching it.
The statement described the justification for closing Al-Aqsa as “an arbitrary measure,” noting that the closure also included the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem and the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron.

**3. Settler attacks and uprooting of hundreds of olive trees in Hebron**

Israeli settlers assaulted several Palestinians in different areas of Hebron Governorate in the southern West Bank under the protection of Israeli forces. Meanwhile, Israeli bulldozers continue uprooting hundreds of olive trees in the town of Idhna west of the city.
Local sources reported that settlers from the settlement of Givat Ma’ale Tedehar, built on Palestinian land in the town of Sa’ir northeast of Hebron, attacked residents in Khirbet Hamrush and physically assaulted them.
In Idhna, west of Hebron, Israeli authorities have for several days continued uprooting hundreds of olive trees along the separation wall in a move that local residents say aims to tighten pressure on Palestinian farmers and confiscate more land.

**4. Death toll in Gaza rises to 72,133**

Gaza’s Ministry of Health announced that the number of victims of the Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip has risen to **72,133 killed and 171,826 injured** since the beginning of the assault on **October 7, 2023**.
Sources explained that the total number of deaths since the ceasefire on October 11 reached 648, while the total number of injuries reached 17,728, with 755 bodies recovered so far.

**5. Number of journalists killed rises to 261 since the start of the war**

The number of journalists killed in Gaza has risen to **261** since the beginning of Israel’s war on the Strip, following the announcement of the killing of journalist **Amal Mohammed Shamali**, who worked as a correspondent for Qatar Radio.
The Government Media Office in Gaza strongly condemned the systematic targeting, killing, and assassination of Palestinian journalists by Israeli forces and called on the International Federation of Journalists, the Arab Journalists Union, and all press organizations worldwide to condemn these systematic crimes against journalists and media workers in the Gaza Strip.

**6. Settlers attack Palestinian communities in the northern Jordan Valley**

Israeli settlers carried out a series of attacks on Palestinian communities in the northern Jordan Valley in the occupied West Bank, including attacks on residents’ homes, vandalism of property, and theft of livestock.
Mutaz Bisharat, the official responsible for the settlement file in the Jordan Valley, said in a statement that settlers attacked residents last night near the village of Tayasir in Tubas Governorate (north), assaulted residents of the Hammamat Al-Maleh community, vandalized their homes, and stole several heads of livestock belonging to a local resident, in addition to attacking the Al-Maleh school.

**7. Euro-Mediterranean Monitor: Israel exploiting the war with Iran to worsen Gaza’s humanitarian crisis**

While international attention is focused on the ongoing war with Iran, the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip continues to deteriorate amid warnings from human rights groups that Israel is exploiting the decline in global attention to intensify the blockade and expand its military policies in the enclave.
In this context, the head of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor, Rami Abdu, warned of a rapid deterioration in the humanitarian situation due to continued strict Israeli restrictions on crossings leading into Gaza.
Abdu said Israeli authorities continue to obstruct the work of the national committee responsible for managing Gaza and prevent its members from entering the Strip, insisting on maintaining an administrative vacuum and blocking any arrangements for managing civil affairs.

**8. Israel issues administrative detention orders against 81 detainees**

The Commission of Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club stated that Israeli authorities have issued or renewed **administrative detention orders against 81 detainees**.
Both organizations confirmed that Israel continues escalating the use of administrative detention under the pretext of the existence of a “secret file.”

**9. Ben Gvir allows 300,000 Israelis in Jerusalem to apply for gun licenses**

Israeli National Security Minister **Itamar Ben Gvir** has decided to allow more than **300,000 Israelis** in occupied Jerusalem to apply for personal firearm licenses as part of a further expansion of policies facilitating access to weapons.
Ben Gvir explained that the decision includes adding **41 new neighborhoods** in Jerusalem to the list of areas eligible for personal firearm licenses.
He also stated that around **240,000 Israelis** have obtained gun licenses since he assumed the position of National Security Minister in **2022**.

**12. Sit-in outside the Prime Minister’s office in Australia condemning crackdown on protests**

The office of New South Wales Premier **Chris Minns** in Kogarah, Australia, witnessed a peaceful protest by dozens of pro-Palestinian demonstrators.
The gathering was organized by activists from the Sydney Palestine Action Group and members of the Greens Party along the sidewalk in front of the office. Protesters raised Palestinian flags and signs with slogans such as “Protect your right to protest” and “Justice for women now.”
The protest came in response to anti-protest laws introduced by the New South Wales government. The Sydney Palestine Action Group is leading a constitutional challenge before the state’s Supreme Court against legislation granting the police commissioner the authority to restrict public gatherings, arguing that the law places “an excessive burden on constitutionally protected political expression.”

**13. The Independent investigation: Israeli snipers kill three brothers near Nasser Medical Complex**

An investigation published by **The Independent** revealed details of an incident in which Israeli forces targeted members of the Al-Awini family near the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip while they were trying to transport their injured brother to the hospital.
According to the investigation, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor conducted a field investigation based on direct testimonies and satellite image analysis, enabling it to determine the exact location of the incident and reconstruct the sequence of events.
His brothers Hussam, Saad, Hassan, and Anas Al-Awini carried him in an attempt to urgently transport him to the hospital.
While walking along a side street only about 100 meters from the Nasser Medical Complex, the brothers were shot directly by Israeli snipers just a few meters before reaching the hospital.

**15. Amnesty International: Women in Gaza face systematic violence and deprivation of reproductive care**

Amnesty International warned that what Palestinian women and girls in the Gaza Strip are experiencing represents one of the most severe forms of discrimination and gender-based violence amid ongoing Israeli attacks and the widespread destruction that has affected essential infrastructure and healthcare facilities, particularly reproductive health services.
The organization stated that the United Nations Commission of Inquiry concluded in March 2025 that Israel systematically used sexual and reproductive violence and other forms of gender-based violence against Palestinians.
According to the commission’s findings, Israel committed “acts of genocide” by destroying women’s healthcare facilities and reproductive health centers and preventing access to essential medical services.
