1. 8 attempts to introduce sacrifices to Al-Aqsa and calls to mobilize to protect it

The Jerusalem Governorate warned of the seriousness of the rapid developments at Al-Aqsa Mosque in recent times, noting that the Israeli occupation authorities are seeking to impose new realities داخل its courtyards by introducing what they call “animal sacrifices” and intensifying incursions under the cover of religious and political occasions.
It stated that the number of attempts to introduce sacrifices or reach the vicinity of Al-Aqsa Mosque has reached eight documented attempts since the beginning of the year, concentrated during the periods of what is known as the “first and second Passover.”

2. Settlement escalation in Masafer Yatta: theft of property and preventing farmers from accessing their land

Armed settlers stole a tent and agricultural equipment and prevented Palestinian farmers from accessing their lands in Masafer Yatta, as part of a series of escalating attacks in the southern Hebron areas.
Local sources reported that a group of settlers from an outpost built on Palestinian land dismantled and stole a tent belonging to citizen Farid Abu Ali in the Wadi al-Jawaya area, in addition to seizing other agricultural tools.
In the Hawara area, an armed settler blocked farmer Adel Hammamda and his family, preventing them from reaching their land and harvesting their crops, threatening them with forced displacement.

3. Settlers raise the occupation flag on a mosque minaret in Hebron

Settlers raised the Israeli flag on the minaret of a mosque in the town of Yatta, south of Hebron.
Anti-settlement activist in Masafer Yatta, Osama Makhamra, said in press statements that settlers placed the occupation flag on the minaret of a mosque in the Al-Rifaiya area east of Yatta.

6. Settlers burn vehicles and steal a tractor amid escalating attacks in the West Bank

Settler attacks have escalated across various areas of the West Bank as part of a series of systematic assaults against citizens and their property.
In the Wadi al-Rakhim area, settlers from the Susiya settlement launched a stone attack on citizen Ahmed al-Da’ajna to prevent him from working on his house under construction, before setting fire to his vehicle and an excavator at the site, completely destroying them.
As part of ongoing restrictions, armed settlers also blocked the road connecting Ishkara and Khillat al-Hummus with dirt barriers, a vital road leading to Palestine Basic School south of Yatta, hindering movement and preventing residents from reaching their destinations.

7. Settlement expansion consumes Sheikh Jarrah lands and entrenches Jewish presence

Since the occupation of Jerusalem in 1967, the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood has become one of the most prominent arenas of conflict over identity and sovereignty in the city, amid Israeli settlement plans targeting control of its homes and the displacement of its residents, as part of a broader project to change the demographic reality and impose new facts in the occupied city.
Sheikh Jarrah is one of Jerusalem’s most important neighborhoods, being the first Palestinian neighborhood located outside the walls of the Old City, named after Prince Husam al-Din al-Jarrahi, one of Saladin’s emirs.
