1. 3 martyrs in an Israeli strike on Gaza City
A citizen was killed in an Israeli strike east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that Ahmad Fayez Salem Abu Rida was killed when a vehicle was targeted near the Bani Suheila roundabout, east of Khan Younis.
This morning, two brothers, Saed and Fahmi Qaddoum, were also killed by Israeli forces’ gunfire near Salah al-Din Street in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

**2. Injuries and arrests in a settler attack on Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron**
A child was injured and several residents suffered from suffocation after settlers, under the protection of Israeli forces, attacked the Masafer Yatta area south of Hebron.
Anti-settlement activist Osama Makhmara said that the child Sohaib Raed Badawi suffered bruises after being beaten by settlers.
He added that settlers attacked the family of Mohammad Abdel Rahman al-Jabarin, who lives in the eastern part of Shaab al-Butm village, spraying them with pepper spray, which caused suffocation among several family members, including a woman and a foreign activist.

**3. Al-Barghouthi: Israel exploits the regional war to escalate violations in Palestine**
Mustafa al-Barghouthi, Secretary-General of the Palestinian National Initiative, said that Israel is exploiting the world’s focus on the aggression against Iran to intensify its violations in the Palestinian territories, including killings, abuse, and efforts to pass a death penalty law against Palestinian prisoners.
He added that the Israeli occupation is taking advantage of media distraction due to the ongoing war to escalate its violations in the occupied territories.

**6. Prisoners’ Media Office warns of the danger of the death penalty law**
The Prisoners’ Media Office issued a fact sheet warning of a proposed Israeli law aimed at expanding the application of the death penalty against Palestinian prisoners.
The bill has been approved by the Knesset’s National Security Committee and is being prepared for second and third readings.
The paper explained that the law would make it easier to issue death sentences by requiring only a majority rather than unanimity, prevent sentence reductions, and reinforce targeting Palestinians under the framework of a “Jewish state.”
