1. 3 martyrs by occupation fire and the death toll of the genocide rises to 72,612 martyrs
Occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, and one civilian was killed and others were injured as a result of an Israeli strike southeast of Gaza City. Local sources reported the killing of the young man Anas Hamad and the injury of others after an Israeli drone targeted a group of civilians in Al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Earlier, a civilian was killed by gunfire from occupation forces in the northern Gaza Strip. A local source reported the killing of Musa Salem Fathi Al-Abyad (42 years old) after being shot by occupation forces in the Al-Atatra area in the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Strip.

2. Poll: Collapse of Gaza journalists’ trust in international protection amid escalating violations
A recent opinion poll conducted by the “Palestinian Journalists Forum” revealed a sharp decline in the confidence of journalistic staff in the Gaza Strip in the effectiveness of international protection mechanisms and the ability of the international community to stop Israeli violations against them.

5. Occupation approves allocation of about $270 million for settlement roads in the West Bank
The occupation government approved the allocation of a huge budget exceeding one billion shekels (about $270 million) to construct new settlement roads in the Palestinian territories in the occupied West Bank. According to the Israeli newspaper “Haaretz,” these roads aim to connect new settlements and strengthen the infrastructure of Israeli settlements in the area. A government statement explained that about $1 million will be allocated in the first phase to prepare plans and initial design work, with these plans to be presented to the government for final approval within 45 days.

It indicated that the abducted activists were later transferred to the Israeli ship “Nahshon,” where they were subjected to physical and verbal violence. UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk said that the Gaza Strip has become a “death trap” for media, noting that about 300 journalists have been killed since October 2023.

The Palestinian National Commission for Popular Action strongly condemned the crime of abduction carried out by occupation authorities against activists Saif Abu Keshk and Thiago Vila in international waters near the island of Crete.
The commission stated that this act of piracy comes as an extension of repeated violations of all international norms and laws, describing it as cross-border thuggery that is not surprising from an occupation that disregards the law, and holding responsible everyone who colluded in these crimes even through silence.
