1. Martyrs and injuries in Gaza amid house demolitions and explosions

Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire and calm agreement in the Gaza Strip, where a woman was killed by gunfire from an Israeli “QuadCopter” drone.
Citizen Mohammed Salah Abu Habib was also killed and others injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting a tent sheltering displaced people west of Khan Younis. Local sources reported the recovery of one martyr and several injuries.
A Palestinian child was also killed and three civilians injured as a result of ongoing Israeli violations of the fragile ceasefire and truce agreement in the Gaza Strip.

2. 125,000 skin infection cases recorded in Gaza within five months

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced that more than 125,000 cases of skin infections linked to rodents and parasites were recorded in the Gaza Strip during the first five months of this year, amid a rapidly deteriorating health situation in the besieged territory since 2007.
The agency stated that rodents and parasites are increasing in Gaza and that skin infections are spreading widely, raising the risk of disease outbreaks among the population.

3. Occupation closes Jenin Zakat Committee headquarters and destroys its contents

Israeli occupation forces closed the headquarters of the Central Jenin Zakat Committee in the city of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank after storming the building, destroying its contents, and confiscating some of its belongings.
Witnesses reported that occupation forces raided the headquarters and smashed office contents and windows.
Committee chairman Samir Al-Souqi said employees were surprised in the morning, upon arriving at work, to find the office sealed and notices posted on the doors in Arabic and English claiming that the committee “supports terrorism” and that it had been shut down by the Israeli army.

4. Fuel oil crisis threatens imminent total shutdown of bakeries in Gaza

The Bakery Association in the Gaza Strip warned of an “imminent total shutdown” of bakery operations due to a severe shortage of fuel oils, malfunctioning generators, and the reduced capacity of bread and water distribution trucks, which has led to an unprecedented rise in fuel oil prices.
Al-Ajrami stated in press remarks that the continued ban on the entry of oils for generators and transportation vehicles for more than three months has caused prices to soar to nearly 2,000 shekels per liter, directly threatening the operational capacity of bakeries and pushing them to the brink of complete paralysis.

5. Settler attacks in the West Bank: sheep theft and assaults on students and civilians

Settlers escalated their attacks in various areas of the West Bank, including stealing dozens of sheep, assaulting civilians and vehicles, and attacking a vehicle carrying school students east of Bethlehem.
Citizen Ibrahim Abu Ali said a group of armed settlers infiltrated his sheep pen in the Haribat Al-Nabi area of Masafer Yatta south of Hebron and stole 45 sheep.
In the same area, settlers wearing Israeli occupation force uniforms assaulted citizen Mohammed Al-Nawaja near Wadi Ajhish after detaining and abusing him, while also damaging his private vehicle.

10. Occupation authorities release Steadfastness Flotilla activists and deport them through Ramon Airport

Israeli occupation authorities released all activists participating in the Global Steadfastness Flotilla and the Freedom Flotilla Coalition after detaining them in Ketziot Prison in the Negev. They have begun transferring them to Ramon Airport in preparation for deportation to their home countries.
According to data provided by rights organizations, including the Adalah Center, around 430 activists were released after being detained when Israeli forces intercepted the flotilla boats in international waters while they were heading to break the blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip.

The Arab human rights center “Adalah” in Israel reported documenting “systematic violations” and severe violence and humiliation against activists from the “Global Steadfastness Flotilla” detained by Israel after intercepting their boats in international waters while heading toward Gaza.
The center said in a statement that its legal team provided consultations to hundreds of detained flotilla participants amid testimonies of physical and psychological abuse, including electric shocks, rubber-bullet injuries, broken ribs, as well as “humiliations and harassment of a sexual nature.”
