1. 7 martyrs killed by occupation fire in Gaza, including 5 police officers
A number of civilians were killed and others injured in an airstrike carried out by occupation forces’ aircraft.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed in a brief statement that occupation aircraft targeted a police site in the Al-Tawam area northwest of Gaza, resulting in several deaths and injuries.
In a later statement, the ministry announced the killing of five police officers and personnel and the injury of others with varying wounds after occupation aircraft struck a police site with at least two missiles in the Al-Tawam area in northern Gaza.
A source at Al-Shifa Hospital reported that the death toll had risen to 6 following the Israeli strike on the Al-Tawam area north of Gaza City.

2. Harassment and humiliating searches against female prisoners in Damon Prison
The Prisoners’ Media Office revealed an escalation of violations against Palestinian female prisoners in Damon Prison, noting that Israeli prison administration forces carried out more than 30 repression operations over the past three months.
According to the office’s statement, the prisoners are enduring harsh humanitarian conditions inside the prison, including poor food quality, high humidity levels, and a shortage of hygiene supplies, in addition to what was described as verbal harassment and humiliating searches inside bathrooms while soldiers stood at the doors.

3. Occupation disrupts wedding in Jenin and arrests the groom amid escalating tensions in the West Bank
Israeli occupation forces turned a wedding celebration in Jenin Governorate into a scene of arrests after storming a wedding hall in the village of Bartaa in the northern occupied West Bank.
Local sources reported that soldiers arrested the young groom, Yazan Mohammad Qabha, from among the guests and took him to an unknown location without providing any legal justification for the action.
In the context of ongoing violations in Jenin Governorate, settler groups also attacked the village of Masoud south of the city.
Meanwhile, in Bethlehem Governorate in the southern West Bank, occupation forces intensified punitive measures against the village of Housan by closing its main and secondary entrances.

4. Human rights warning over Israeli plan to destroy what remains of Gaza homes
The Gaza Center for Human Rights warned of an escalating systematic policy pursued by Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip, involving the forced evacuation of the remaining residential homes through phone calls, followed by bombing and destruction, despite the fact that most of them were already at risk of collapse due to previous attacks.
The center expressed concern over a possible expansion of displacement and destruction operations in central Gaza after repeated evacuations and bombardments east of the Al-Bureij and Al-Maghazi camps, as well as bulldozing operations east of Deir al-Balah.

5. Two injured in settler attack on Khalayel al-Louz in Bethlehem
Two civilians were injured following an attack by settlers in the Khalayel al-Louz area southeast of Bethlehem in the southern occupied West Bank.
Local sources reported that settlers stormed the area and gathered around the university housing complex before attacking residents’ homes with stones.

6. France bans Ben Gvir from entering its territory and calls on the European Union to impose sanctions
France has banned extremist Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir from entering its territory, Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot announced on Saturday, following the release of a video showing abuse against detained activists who were part of the “Freedom Flotilla” in solidarity with Gaza.
Barrot wrote: “As of today, Itamar Ben Gvir is prohibited from entering French territory,” condemning “indescribable acts against French and European citizens who were aboard the Global Freedom Flotilla,” which Israel intercepted off the coast of Cyprus before abducting its activists and deporting them.

7. Two French activists recount occupation violations against the Freedom Flotilla
French activists Yasmine Skola and Adrien Bertel, who participated in the Freedom Flotilla and returned to Paris, described the abuses suffered by French and foreign activists aboard the “prison boats” from the moment occupation forces seized the flotilla ships while attempting to break the Gaza blockade until their deportation through Turkey.
Bertel stated that he, like “most participants,” was subjected to physical and psychological violence in detention centers, adding that some cases he witnessed included “severe beatings causing broken ribs, as happened to one French activist,” as well as “the use of electric shocks, injections, and sexual insults.”
For her part, Skola said that “almost all participants were subjected to varying degrees of torture,” adding that conditions aboard the “prison boats,” where they were detained for two days, included “daily insults and physical and verbal abuse.”

8. Demonstration in Stockholm condemning occupation attack on the “Freedom Flotilla”
The Swedish capital Stockholm witnessed a protest demonstration condemning the Israeli attack on the “Global Freedom Flotilla,” which had set sail to break the blockade on the Gaza Strip.
Hundreds of demonstrators gathered in Odenplan Square in response to calls from several civil society organizations, demanding an immediate end to the war crimes committed by the occupation in Gaza.

9. Seven countries threaten settlement companies with legal sanctions
Britain, Italy, France, Germany, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand jointly called on the Israeli occupation to immediately halt settlement expansion and curb unprecedented settler violence in the occupied West Bank.
The seven countries warned global construction and contracting companies against bidding for tenders linked to the dangerous settlement project known as “E1” east of occupied Jerusalem or any other settlement projects, stressing that participation would expose companies to international legal consequences and severe reputational damage for complicity in serious violations of international law.

Ken Loach emphasized the moral and historical responsibility of filmmakers to call things by their true names and reject the policy of turning a blind eye to massacres, citing the famous words of American activist Martin Luther King Jr.:
“The worst thing is not the violence of the wicked, but the silence of the good.”
The Cannes Film Festival also witnessed solidarity from Bella Hadid, who wore a necklace featuring a key and a map of Palestine.

11. Military ship bound for the occupation forced to change course
The Danish-flagged ship “Danica Violet” was forced to alter its route and cancel its docking in Cape Verde following an intense pressure campaign led by the BDS movement in cooperation with investigative reports published by “The Ditch” newspaper aimed at disrupting military supply chains.
The vessel is carrying tons of military equipment and systems destined for “Elbit Systems,” the largest weapons manufacturer for the occupation entity.
After being turned away, the ship headed toward Greece to dock at the port of “Kali Limenes” on June 1, amid widespread calls by the BDS movement urging unions and civil society organizations in Denmark, Greece, and Norway to take urgent action and work together on the ground to prevent unloading the cargo or facilitating its transit.

12. British protest against oil project that would provide £200 million to the occupation
Activists from the Palestine solidarity campaign gathered outside the British Foreign Office in Westminster to demand rejection of the “Rosebank” oil project, warning that its approval would transfer £200 million to the Israeli energy giant “Delek Group,” which is involved in activities within illegal settlements in the West Bank and in supplying fuel to occupation forces through its subsidiary “Delek Israel.”
According to protesters, “Ithaca Energy,” co-owner of Rosebank, enabled the Israeli company to generate more than $1 billion from oil and gas exploitation in the North Sea.

13. Activists shut down New York port to disrupt “ZIM” ship heading to the occupation
The action aimed to prevent the loading of ammunition and weapons components onto the “ZIM Asia” ship belonging to Israeli shipping company ZIM and heading toward the occupation.
Protesters used a truck and trailer and chained themselves to the vehicles using special pipes to block movement, demanding that port authorities expel both “ZIM” and “Maersk” for their alleged complicity in transporting tools of genocide.

14. American aerospace company loses sponsorship over involvement in Gaza bombings
A pressure campaign in the city of Pittsburgh forced organizers of LGBTQ+ “Pride” events to withdraw official sponsorship from Howmet Aerospace due to its links to the weapons industry used by the Israeli military.
The company produces specialized titanium components sold to Lockheed Martin, which uses them in the production of F-35 fighter jets deployed in the war on the Gaza Strip and attacks on Lebanon.

15. Lawsuit reveals University of Michigan violations against Palestine supporters
The lawsuit was filed by the local chapter of the civil rights organization “CAIR,” the “Sugar Law” Center for Economic and Social Justice, and their partners against the University of Michigan, its officials, campus police, and a private security company.
They accuse the university of waging an unconstitutional campaign of punishment and silencing against student activist Josiah Walker because of his speech and solidarity with Palestine.
The complaint, filed in the Eastern District of Michigan court, alleges that the university employed prolonged and intensive surveillance by a private security company, detention and arrest without legal basis, excessive use of force, confiscation of personal and religious property, a permanent campus ban depriving him of future employment opportunities, and exaggerated police reports to justify searches of his private digital communications.

16. New York University law graduates boycott commencement ceremony over university complicity in genocide
The boycott came in protest against what students described as their academic institution’s complicity in genocidal war and Israeli settler colonialism in Palestine.
It is worth noting that the New York Teachers’ Retirement System, considered part of the university, holds direct investments estimated at around $100 million in Israeli companies and $115 million in Israeli government bonds.
