Three citizens were killed by Israeli occupation forces in Khan Younis, as violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip continued through air, land, and sea attacks on various areas of the enclave, coinciding with the first day of the holy month of Ramadan.
Nasser Medical Complex announced the death of one person shot by the Israeli army within its areas of deployment east of Khan Younis.

**2. Occupation Prevents Iftar Meals from Entering Al-Aqsa and Escalates Banishment Orders**
Israeli occupation forces prevented the entry of iftar meals for fasting worshippers into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, including meals designated for employees of the Islamic Waqf Department.

The movement stated that Israeli dates are grown on confiscated Palestinian land and irrigated with what it described as “looted” water sources. It argued that this sector serves as a source of funding for what it called occupation crimes, while reinforcing control over land and water and weakening the Palestinian agricultural sector.
It added that Israeli authorities promote the production and marketing of settlement-grown dates while imposing strict restrictions on Palestinian farmers, including banning the sale of palm seedlings, confiscating land and agricultural equipment, prohibiting well drilling and access to water sources, and restricting production and marketing.

**8. Complaint to the ICC Accuses FIFA and UEFA Presidents of Complicity in Supporting War Crimes in Gaza**
The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor, in cooperation with a coalition of international sports rights organizations, athletes, and Palestinian landowners, filed a criminal complaint with the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.
The complaint accuses the presidents of FIFA and UEFA of aiding and abetting war crimes and crimes against humanity in the occupied Palestinian territories.
According to the statement, the 120-page legal file documents what it describes as an “institutional and systematic pattern” of policies adopted by FIFA and UEFA that directly contributed to supporting and sustaining Israeli football clubs based in settlements considered illegal under international law.

**13. Lawsuit in Chile Against Israeli Soldier Over Destruction of Al-Shifa Hospital**
The Hind Rajab Foundation filed a criminal complaint before the Eighth Guarantee Court in Santiago, Chile, seeking an investigation into Rom Kofon under Chilean Law No. 20.357, which criminalizes genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes under the Rome Statute.
The complaint was submitted by Chilean lawyer Pablo Andrés Araya Zacharias, representing the foundation, based on the principle of universal jurisdiction and Kofon’s physical presence in Chile.
According to the complaint, Kofon, an Israeli-Ukrainian sniper in the 424th “Shaked” Battalion of the Givati Brigade, participated in what the complaint describes as genocide in Gaza between March and April 2024, including the siege of Al-Shifa Hospital, resulting in widespread destruction and civilian casualties, including patients and medical staff.
The complaint accuses him of encircling the hospital, shooting civilians, and depriving them of food, water, and medical care, classifying these acts as war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide under international and Chilean law.

**14. U.S. Judge Rejects Trump Administration Attempt to Deport Palestinian Student**
A U.S. immigration judge rejected efforts by the administration of President Donald Trump to deport Columbia University student Mohsen Mahdawi, who was arrested last year after participating in pro-Palestinian protests.
Mahdawi’s lawyers detailed the immigration judge’s decision in a memo submitted to a federal appeals court in New York reviewing the ruling that led to his release from immigration detention in April.
Mahdawi said in a statement that “this decision is an important step toward preserving what fear tried to destroy: the right to speak out for peace and justice.”
In a decision issued on February 13, Immigration Judge Nina Froehlich, based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, stated that the Department of Homeland Security failed to provide sufficient evidence to justify deportation, having relied on an undocumented memorandum signed by Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
