1. Three killed in Gaza as the humanitarian crisis deepens

Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip for the **144th consecutive day** through artillery and air bombardments and heavy gunfire in various areas of the Strip, deepening the humanitarian crisis and effectively undermining the substance of the agreement.

A woman was killed by Israeli army gunfire in the southern Gaza Strip. Local sources reported that a woman was killed and another person injured by Israeli army fire in the **Mawasi area of Rafah city** in southern Gaza.

With this, the number of people killed in the Strip since this morning has risen to **three**, in addition to several injured.

### 2. Simultaneous settler attacks in the West Bank and Jerusalem targeting citizens’ property

Various areas in the **West Bank** and the city of **Jerusalem** witnessed a series of attacks carried out by settlers under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, targeting citizens’ property, water resources, and agricultural lands.

A settler in **Salfit Governorate** stormed the area of Azbat Mughir al-Asmar in **Wadi Qana**, north of the town of Deir Istiya, where he broke and vandalized a water meter belonging to farmers. This caused severe damage and led to water cuts to the surrounding agricultural lands, as part of attempts to pressure farmers into leaving the valley.

### 3. Israeli prisons deprive detainees of Ramadan atmosphere and escalate repression and starvation

Prisoner affairs expert **Abdel Nasser Farwana** stated that the Israeli prison administration “has never respected the sanctity of the month of Ramadan nor considered its religious significance.”

He noted that previous years witnessed repeated violations affecting freedom of worship and religious practices, in addition to collective punishments, raids, and continuous assaults against Palestinian prisoners.

Farwana said prison administrations during Ramadan regularly obstruct collective prayers, restrict the entry of Qur’ans and religious books, and carry out repression and abuse inside prison sections. He added that poor food quality and quantity are among the most prominent forms of suffering, especially during **iftar** and **suhoor**.

### 4. Siege and tightening restrictions on goods worsen the humanitarian crisis in Gaza

Dr. **Hussein Abdel Rahman Hammad**, a researcher in the field of human rights, stated that the situation in the Gaza Strip since the start of the Israeli offensive has witnessed a **dangerous escalation at both the humanitarian and legal levels**.

Hammad explained that what is happening goes beyond conventional military operations and amounts to **genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity** against the civilian population.

He added that Israeli military operations were not limited to large-scale killing and destruction but also included imposing a strict siege, closing border crossings, and preventing movement and travel, which has worsened the humanitarian crisis and caused an unprecedented deterioration in the population’s living and health conditions.

### 5. 6,284 Israeli violations in the West Bank and Jerusalem during last February

The Palestinian Information Center **Mu‘ta** documented in its monthly report that Israeli occupation forces and settlers committed **6,248 violations** in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem during **February 2026**.

These violations included direct attacks and repressive measures affecting various aspects of Palestinian life.

According to the data:

* **8 Palestinians were killed**
* **229 injured**
* **823 arrests**
* **59 cases of detention**

The report also recorded:

* **1,208 raids**
* **1,137 house and facility searches**
* **1,139 restrictions through military checkpoints**
* **319 closures of areas and towns**

### 6. Petroleum authority warns of catastrophic consequences from halting gas supplies to Gaza

The General Petroleum Authority in the Gaza Strip warned of **catastrophic and dangerous consequences** resulting from the continued halt of cooking gas supplies to Gaza, affecting the lives of more than **two million residents**.

The authority stated that the sector was already suffering from a shortage estimated at **about 70% of actual demand** compared to the quantities entering since the ceasefire.

With the complete halt of supply, the authority warned of an **imminent disaster** threatening food and health security and disrupting many humanitarian services, particularly during the holy month of **Ramadan**.

### 7. Health Ministry: 633 killed and 1,700 injured since the ceasefire in Gaza

The Ministry of Health announced the arrival of **one killed person and three injured individuals** at hospitals in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours.

The ministry noted that several victims remain **under the rubble or in the streets**, while ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach them.

It stated that since the ceasefire on **October 11**, the toll has reached:

* **633 killed**
* **1,703 injured**
* **753 bodies recovered**

Since the beginning of the offensive on **October 7, 2023**, the cumulative toll has reached:

### 8. Activists block shipments from DSV company linked to Elbit heading to Israel

In **Manchester**, a protest action took place after two activists climbed onto a truck belonging to the company **DSV** in an attempt to stop two shipments heading to Israel.

The action targeted a warehouse that operates on behalf of the Israeli arms company **Elbit Systems**.

In **Belfast**, the boycott movement organized a pro-Palestine protest demanding that **Sainsbury’s** stop selling Israeli products.

Protesters stated that Israel continues to commit violations against civilians and referred to a recent massacre targeting children at a school in Iran, arguing that silence about such crimes threatens international peace and security.

The boycott movement called on people to engage in simple acts of **civil disobedience inside stores** selling Israeli products, such as scanning items at payment machines and leaving them, or submitting complaints to customer service.

The **Palestine Solidarity Campaign** called on the **British government** to end all contracts with the American company **Palantir**, arguing that the company is directly involved in Israeli genocide against Palestinians in Gaza and in the system of occupation and apartheid.

The campaign said Palantir provides **AI and surveillance technologies** used in crimes against Palestinians and participates in large-scale surveillance programs in the West Bank that restrict residents’ movement and expose them to arrest and systematic abuse.

### 11. Ireland women’s team captain: What is happening in Gaza is humanly unacceptable

Ireland national team captain **Katie McCabe** commented on the situation in Palestine, stating that what is being committed against Palestinians is **wrong from a humanitarian perspective**.

### 12. United Kingdom funded Israeli report on sexual violence used to justify the war

An investigation by **Novara Media** revealed that the British government provided **£90,000** to fund a report prepared by an Israeli research group called **The Dinah Project**.

The report sought to prove that sexual violence carried out by Hamas on **October 7** was “systematic,” a claim used by Israel to justify its campaign in Gaza.

The **84-page report**, titled *“Seeking Justice: October 7 and Beyond,”* relied on circumstantial evidence and lowered standards of proof, drawing criticism from academics and human rights organizations who argued that it contained **methodological flaws and a propagandistic tone**.

The investigation also noted that the Israeli government used the report as a key reference in its **$45 million international media campaign**.

### 13. UK funded Israeli report accused of fabricating allegations against Gaza resistance

Novara Media also revealed that the British government funded a report by an Israeli research center accusing **Hamas fighters** of committing sexual assaults during the events of **October 7, 2023**.

According to the report, the assaults were **“widespread and systematic”** and described as a “weapon of war,” although critics argued that it ignored internationally recognized standards for proving such crimes in armed conflicts and included language described as inflammatory.

### 14. Protest outside Capital One over support for Israel

Around **50 protesters** gathered outside a branch of **Capital One**, where they **cut up their credit cards** in front of employees as a symbolic protest against the company’s continued financing of a loan linked to **Elbit Systems**.

Organizers displayed cardboard models of **missiles and surveillance cameras** bearing slogans criticizing the company.

Managers and security personnel had to organize entry around the building, while protesters chanted slogans demanding an end to financing military and security activities and vowed to continue their actions until their demands are met.

### 15. UN rapporteur: detention practices since October 2023 may amount to genocide

The **UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967** presented a report during the **61st session of the Human Rights Council** examining torture and genocide.

The report studies the systematic use of **torture against Palestinians, including detention**, since **October 7, 2023**, and states that these practices may amount to **genocide under the Genocide Convention**.

It also notes that torture has become part of a broader campaign including **forced displacement, mass killings, deprivation, and the destruction of all means of life**, causing long-term collective suffering.
