**2. Euro-Mediterranean Observatory: Israel has systematically destroyed more than 93% of Gaza’s cemeteries**
The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor stated that it documented the destruction by the Israeli occupation of 93.5% of cemeteries in the Gaza Strip, either completely or partially, as part of the ongoing genocide since October 2023.
The organization emphasized that the systematic targeting of graves through destruction and bulldozing not only represents a grave violation of international humanitarian law, but also reveals a deliberate pattern of erasure and elimination. This begins with violating the sanctity of the dead and erasing their physical traces, and extends to causing severe psychological and spiritual harm to the living, ultimately undermining their collective memory and severing their historical connection with their ancestors and their land.

**14. Amnesty: acquittal of Israeli soldiers who tortured Palestinian prisoners reinforces impunity**
Amnesty International said that the decision by the Israeli military prosecutor to drop charges against five Israeli soldiers accused of abusing and sexually assaulting Palestinian prisoners and detainees at the Sde Teiman military detention center is disgraceful and reinforces impunity.
The organization described the move as “another unforgivable chapter” in the record of occupation forces avoiding accountability for violations against Palestinians.
Erika Guevara Rosas, Senior Director for Research, Advocacy, and Policy at the organization, said that the decision falls within “the long history of the Israeli judicial system granting impunity to perpetrators of serious crimes against Palestinians.”
