1. 8 killed in an Israeli strike targeting central Gaza Strip
Seven civilians were killed as a result of an Israeli strike targeting al-Bureij and Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.
Israeli drones also targeted a tent in the al-Masha‘la area, south of Deir al-Balah, resulting in one more fatality and several injuries among civilians.
A child was injured in the foot when Israeli military vehicles opened fire on civilians east of the al-Bureij refugee camp.

**2. Collapse of Gaza’s transport system forces alternatives and reshapes daily life**
Widespread destruction of infrastructure in the Gaza Strip during the ongoing war has led to a near-total collapse of the transportation system, pushing residents to create informal alternatives that have reorganized mobility as well as economic and social activities.
The Palestinian Center for Political Studies reported that the destruction of roads, vehicles, and transport networks, along with a severe fuel shortage, has paralyzed traditional transportation and drastically reduced its operational capacity. Daily movement has become extremely difficult, costly, and risky.
