1. 12 Palestinians killed as Israeli ceasefire violations continue in Gaza
Twelve Palestinians were killed and a number of civilians were injured in more than 12 Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement and the end of the war on the Gaza Strip.

According to local sources, 12 people were killed and several others injured in a new massacre after Israeli forces targeted the entrance of the Muslim Young Women’s Association in central Gaza City.

2. Bodies of 47 victims recovered in Al-Sabra neighborhood; search continues for dozens of missing people
The Gaza Civil Defense announced the recovery of the bodies and remains of 47 victims from beneath the rubble of the Al-Hassayna family home in the Al-Sabra area, south of Gaza City.

Mohammed Abu Dan, Executive Supervisor of the Civil Defense’s body recovery operations, said rescue teams managed to recover the bodies and remains of 47 people from a single house belonging to the Al-Hassayna family.

3. Israeli forces order a Palestinian to evacuate his occupied home east of Bethlehem
Israeli forces ordered a Palestinian resident to evacuate his inhabited home in the town of Za’tara, east of Bethlehem in the southern occupied West Bank.

The homeowner, Raed Hassan Abu Ra’iya, said Israeli forces raided his house and ordered him to evacuate. The home consists of a basement and two floors, each measuring 110 square meters, and is inhabited by seven family members.

4. Large fires devastate land in the northern Jordan Valley following Israeli military exercises
Extensive fires broke out across agricultural land and grazing areas south and west of the villages of Bardala and Kardala in the northern Jordan Valley after Israeli military exercises involving live ammunition and heavy equipment.

Local sources reported that the fires were caused by flying shrapnel during the drills, igniting dry vegetation and destroying large areas of pastureland.

5. Israeli military issues order to seize five dunams of land in Jaba’
Israeli forces issued a military order to seize 5 dunams and 283 square meters of land in the town of Jaba’, north of occupied Jerusalem, claiming it is needed for “military purposes.”

According to Military Order No. (30/26/T), the confiscation covers a 725-meter stretch of land in the areas of Al-Muntar, Ras Al-Marj, and Sha’b Al-Ghazoul. The order will remain in effect until December 31, 2028.

6. They screamed through the flames: Israeli attack burns Firas Al-Masri and his four children alive, wiping out the entire family
In Gaza City’s Al-Samer neighborhood, the alleged ceasefire failed to stop Israeli attacks. A fire consumed a father, a mother, and their four children, whose bodies were burned as they cried for help, erasing the family from the list of the living.

Before dawn, the Al-Masri family was asleep in their apartment near the Chamber of Commerce intersection. It was not a military site, but a family home occupied by six people: father Firas, mother Salsabil, and their four children—Naeem, Faryal, Salma, and Amira.

7. Peace Now: 21 new settlement outposts established in Area B over the past two and a half years
The Israeli movement Peace Now revealed that settlers established at least 21 new settlement outposts in Area B of the occupied West Bank over the past two and a half years, despite repeated claims by the Israeli government and military that such outposts had been dismantled.

The movement said some of the outposts have evolved into settlements housing families and synagogues, while one even includes a coffee cart serving settlers.

Video footage shows armed Israeli settlers attempting to storm a Palestinian home under the protection of Israeli soldiers, surrounding the house and assaulting its residents in the village of Al-Tuwani in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank.

Footage shows a fire engulfing the Al-Masri family home in southern Gaza City following an Israeli strike. Gaza Civil Defense announced the recovery of the bodies of a mother, her son, and her three daughters from beneath the rubble.

Activists in the German city of Hamburg organized a memorial display featuring around 10,000 shoes of various sizes to commemorate those killed in Gaza and symbolize the lives lost during the Israeli military campaign.

11. Netherlands bans imports from Israeli settlements starting in September
The Netherlands announced a ban on imports of goods produced in Israeli settlements located in the occupied Palestinian territories of the West Bank, effective September 22.

The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the measure reinforces the country’s international legal obligation not to contribute to maintaining an unlawful situation.

19. Mamdani reiterates commitment to enforcing the law and arresting Netanyahu if he visits New York
New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani announced that the city’s legal department is examining its authority to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, describing him as “the architect of genocide” against Palestinians in Gaza.

Mamdani reaffirmed his commitment to enforcing international law and executing any arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court.

20. Week of action launched to pressure Illinois to divest from Israel and Palantir
The U.S. Palestinian Community Network (USPCH), together with labor unions and human rights organizations, launched a week of actions in Chicago from July 20 to 24 calling for Illinois public funds not to finance the war.

The campaign seeks to pressure the Illinois State Board of Investment to stop purchasing Israeli bonds and to divest from the artificial intelligence company Palantir.

21. Médecins Sans Frontières calls for the immediate release of detained Palestinian healthcare workers
Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) called for the immediate and unconditional release of all Palestinian healthcare workers detained by Israeli authorities.

From its headquarters in Geneva, the organization expressed deep concern over reports of degrading treatment, harsh detention conditions, and torture, and renewed its call for the release of Dr. Hossam Abu Safiya and orthopedic surgeon Mohammed Obeid, who has been detained for more than 600 days.

22. International law expert: Israeli ceasefire violations are a continuation of the war in Gaza
Abdelmajid Marari, an international law expert and Director of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the international organization AFDI, said the continued Israeli violations of the ceasefire in Gaza constitute a continuation of military operations against the population of the Strip rather than isolated incidents.

He added that Israel continues its actions under what he described as international silence, arguing that the international community and the UN Security Council have failed to hold it accountable.
