1. Three martyrs and several injured in ongoing Israeli bombardment of the Gaza Strip
Three Palestinians were killed and several others were injured as a result of airstrikes and artillery shelling carried out by Israeli occupation forces in different areas of the Gaza Strip, amid continued violations of the ceasefire agreement.
An Israeli bombardment targeting the vicinity of Hira Mosque in Jabalia al-Balad, in the northern Gaza Strip, resulted in the death of citizen Mahmoud Taroush and the injury of three others.

2. Occupation forces arrest Jerusalem governor’s son after assaulting him
Israeli occupation forces arrested Qusay Gheith, the son of Jerusalem Governor Adnan Gheith, after raiding the town of Silwan, south of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The occupation forces stormed the town before severely beating Qusay Gheith and transferring him to one of the detention and interrogation centers in Jerusalem.

Jerusalem Governor Adnan Gheith and his family have been subjected to ongoing targeting by occupation authorities, which have imposed strict measures against him, including harassment and arrest.

3. Sixty detainees from Gaza’s occupation prisons arrive at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital
Israeli occupation authorities released a new group of 60 prisoners and detainees from the Gaza Strip through the Kerem Shalom crossing. They were transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah to receive medical care.
The Prisoners’ Media Office explained that the released group includes 20 Palestinian workers who were arrested inside the territories occupied in 1948 following the events of October 7, in addition to 40 detainees who had been held in the Negev Desert Prison under harsh conditions.

4. Prisoners’ Media Office warns of serious deterioration in prisoner Karkari’s health and calls for urgent intervention
The Prisoners’ Media Office warned of the danger threatening the life of prisoner Yassin Hilmi Karkari, 49, from the town of Salem east of Nablus, calling for urgent intervention to save him.
The office stated that prisoner Karkari is suffering from a serious deterioration in his health after being assaulted inside Ofer Prison, resulting in fractures to his rib cage and injuries to his spleen and kidneys.

5. Occupation forces obstruct emergency aid to pregnant woman south of Nablus, causing loss of her fetus
A pregnant Palestinian woman from the town of Qaryout, south of Nablus, lost her fetus after Israeli occupation forces prevented her from reaching the hospital through the Awarta military checkpoint south of the city.
Activist and paramedic Bashar al-Qaryouti, who was accompanying the woman, explained that occupation forces refused to allow the ambulance vehicle to pass after closing the checkpoint gates and detained the medical crew. They also subjected the woman, who was in her sixth month of pregnancy, to inspection despite her suffering from severe bleeding.

6. Gaza Health Ministry: Hospitals have exceeded their capacity amid record operational levels
The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that hospitals and medical centers recorded unprecedented operational levels during the first half of the current year, stressing that the healthcare system continues to operate at maximum capacity despite exceeding its accommodation limits in order to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of medical services.
The ministry stated that emergency departments received 997,844 patients, while outpatient clinics recorded 826,060 visits. During the same period, 111,378 patients were admitted to hospital beds.

7. Recovery of 99 martyrs from the homes of the Abu Sharia and Al-Hassaina families south of Gaza City
The Palestinian Civil Defense announced the recovery of 99 bodies from beneath the rubble of homes belonging to the Abu Sharia and Al-Hassaina families in the Al-Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City, after they had been bombed by the Israeli occupation army during its offensive on the Gaza Strip.
Civil Defense said the recovery operations came after continuous efforts to reach the victims, who had remained trapped under the rubble since the homes were struck earlier in the war, amid widespread destruction and the difficulty of accessing the affected areas.

8. Rights organization: Nablus siege forced women to give birth in ambulances and a medical clinic
Physicians for Human Rights warned of the serious humanitarian consequences of the ongoing military closure imposed by the occupation on the city of Nablus, stating that movement restrictions are preventing patients and pregnant women from accessing essential healthcare services.
The organization said that blocking ambulances at military checkpoints resulted in two women giving birth inside ambulances after medical teams were prevented from reaching the hospital. A third woman was forced to deliver her baby inside a clinic in the town of Aqraba, south of Nablus, after it became impossible to transfer her to a hospital.

A Palestinian prisoner broke down emotionally upon arriving in the Gaza Strip after being released by Israeli occupation authorities as part of a group of 60 prisoners, most of whom were Palestinian workers.

11. Spanish Prime Minister to Gaza’s children: “The entire Spanish people love you and will never forget you”
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez shared a video message thanking children from the Gaza Strip who painted his portrait on a wall amid the rubble as an expression of gratitude to Spain.
In a video published on Instagram, Sánchez said he was deeply moved that the young girl Layan Al-Qouqa, the young man Ubay Karim, and their friends had painted his image and sent a message of thanks to the Spanish people.

12. Eighty lawmakers urge the UK government to impose an arms embargo and comprehensive boycott on Israel
Eighty Members of Parliament and members of the House of Lords have sent a letter to the new British Prime Minister, Andy Burnham, calling on his government to impose comprehensive sanctions on Israel, including a full arms embargo and a ban on trade with illegal settlements.
The letter, led by MP Kim Johnson and signed by prominent lawmakers including Jeremy Corbyn, Diane Abbott, Baroness Warsi, and Baroness Jenny Jones, urged the British government to end what it described as the previous government’s complicity under Keir Starmer by ignoring the International Court of Justice’s July 2024 rulings.

13. French journalist Shahin Hazami accuses authorities of targeting him over his support for Palestine
Independent French journalist Shahin Hazami said he has faced restrictive measures from the French authorities for nearly a year, most notably the freezing of his financial assets, which has disrupted his independent sources of funding and forced the closure of subscriber-based support channels.
Hazami also said he and his family have been subjected to legal pressure and prosecution.

He stated that police raided his home at dawn in an operation that left lasting psychological effects on his children, arguing that his case is part of a broader crackdown targeting journalists and activists expressing solidarity with Palestine in France.

14. Canadian Green Party leader calls for Israel to be held accountable
Canadian Green Party leader and Member of Parliament for Saanich–Gulf Islands, Elizabeth May, stressed the need to hold Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government accountable for its actions and its ongoing human rights violations in the Palestinian territories.
May said that achieving peace requires guaranteeing the rights and security of civilians and ending systematic violations, while criticizing Israel’s military and political conduct.

15. UK government rejects parliamentary calls to recognize genocide in Gaza
The British government, led by Prime Minister Andy Burnham, has rejected a call from 80 members of the House of Commons and House of Lords to officially recognize Israel’s war on Gaza as genocide and impose comprehensive sanctions on Israel.
The government’s rejection followed a letter led last week by Labour MP Kim Johnson urging a complete ban on arms exports to Israel and the implementation of the International Court of Justice’s July 2024 rulings, which declared the occupation unlawful and in violation of international conventions prohibiting apartheid.

16. Protest outside AIB headquarters calls for cancellation of contract with Israeli company
Activists staged a demonstration outside the headquarters of AIB in the Irish town of Naas, demanding the cancellation of a €1.2 billion technology contract with cybersecurity and software company Snyk, which protesters accuse of being complicit with the Israeli occupation.
The protest condemned cooperation with Snyk, a company founded and run by former soldiers and officers from Israel’s Unit 8200, which protesters say is directly responsible for developing digital targeting and surveillance systems used in directing Israel’s military operations in the Gaza Strip.

17. Francesca Albanese condemns Italian TV channel for referring to settler gangs as “hikers”
UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories Francesca Albanese condemned the coverage by Italy’s Rai 1, describing it as “shameful” for what she said was a deliberate distortion of the facts surrounding settler violence in the occupied West Bank.
Albanese criticized the broadcaster for referring to armed settler militias carrying out systematic raids and attacks on Palestinian villages and towns as “hikers.”

18. Senator Bernie Sanders: “The shameful truth is that the United States is complicit in everything happening in Gaza”
U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders condemned what he described as the United States’ direct and complete complicity in the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip through the provision of tens of billions of dollars in military assistance to Israel.
According to the text, the Trump administration approved an emergency military aid package last March worth $650 million, including 20,000 heavy bombs, without obtaining approval from the U.S. Congress.

19. British presenter confronts pro-Israel advocate over denial of West Bank land confiscations
British broadcaster Lewis Goodall challenged pro-Israel activist and lawyer Natasha Hausdorff during a heated debate on LBC, after she attempted to deny the expansion of Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank.
20. Hollywood stars launch charity auction to fund scholarships for Gaza students
More than 20 film and television stars are taking part in a charity auction organized by the Phoenix Space Foundation to raise funds for full scholarships for students from the Gaza Strip wishing to study in the United Kingdom.
The auction follows the British government’s announcement that it is prepared to receive students from Gaza, provided they secure fully funded scholarships.

Participants include Nicola Coughlan, Paapa Essiedu, Brian Cox, Gary Lineker, Charlotte Church, Harriet Walter, and Vanessa Redgrave.

Items donated include personal belongings and artistic and sporting memorabilia. Essiedu said the initiative aims to help Palestinian students continue their education despite the destruction of educational institutions in Gaza caused by the war.

21. Netanyahu attacks New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani over his opposition to the war in Gaza
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu criticized New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, claiming that he “incites hatred and collaborates with murderers” to harm his own citizens and voters.
According to the text, Netanyahu invoked the Jewish community to justify his criticism, claiming that “Jewish Americans are afraid,” in what it describes as an attempt to incite opposition against Mamdani, who is known largely of settlers serving in Israel’s military reserve forces and used to strengthen control over Palestinian land for his support of Palestinian rights and criticism of Israeli actions in the Gaza Strip.

22. Investigation: Israel arms settlers and deploys them to expand settlements in the West Bank
An investigation by The Intercept reported that settlement expansion in the occupied West Bank increasingly relies on “Hagmar” regional security units, composed largely of settlers serving in Israel’s military reserve forces and used to strengthen control over Palestinian land.
The investigation states that the Israeli government has significantly expanded these units since October 2023, alongside the distribution of thousands of firearms to civilian security squads.

It also reports that Israel’s National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir personally oversaw the distribution of weapons to settlers on several occasions.
