1. One killed from injuries and others wounded in Israeli shelling as violations of the Gaza agreement continue
A Palestinian citizen died from injuries sustained earlier, and others were wounded in Israeli shelling in the southern Gaza Strip, as Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement continue. Local sources reported that Musab al-Balbeisi died from injuries he had sustained several days earlier.
It was also reported that several people were wounded in a strike by an Israeli drone near the al-Attar area in al-Mawasi, Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
2. Palestinian killed by settlers east of Salfit
Palestinian citizen Mashhour Yassin, 51, died from injuries sustained during a settler attack on the town of Yasuf, east of Salfit in the occupied West Bank.
Settlers from the “Havat Anton” settlement launched an attack today on the al-Nasba area east of Yasuf. During the attack, Israeli forces opened live fire, injuring two Palestinians: one in the abdomen and another by a live-round fragment in the flank. Israeli forces also arrested several Palestinians.

4. New settlement tunnel consumes land and restricts urban expansion
Work on digging a new tunnel is accelerating in the town of Abu Dis, east of occupied Jerusalem, as part of an Israeli plan to establish a road network surrounding the city and connecting the settlements built around it. This is taking place alongside a series of settlement projects, paving the way for control over land and the expansion of settlements.
The tunnel is part of broader plans aimed at changing the geographical and urban reality of the area. Its route threatens large areas of land belonging to Abu Dis and restricts the residents’ possibilities for urban expansion.
5. Prisoner suffers burns and another suffers nervous breakdown during crackdown on Gaza prisoners at “Jannat” prison
The Prisoners’ Media Office reported that a Palestinian prisoner suffered burns to his foot as a result of a tear-gas grenade fired by Israeli forces during a crackdown targeting prisoners from the Gaza Strip inside Jannat prison.
The office said another prisoner suffered a nervous breakdown during the same crackdown, amid increasingly difficult conditions faced by prisoners inside the prison.
It warned of the worsening spread of scabies among prisoners at Jannat prison, amid a lack of treatment and medication and weakened immunity, noting that the prisoners’ health conditions are continuously deteriorating.
6. Hundreds of settlers raid Joseph’s Tomb east of Nablus
Hundreds of settlers raided “Joseph’s Tomb” in the eastern part of Nablus and performed Talmudic rituals under heavy protection from Israeli forces. The raid is the latest in a series that takes place almost monthly.
Local sources reported that Israeli military vehicles entered the eastern area of Nablus, forcing residents of homes surrounding the tomb to evacuate and turning the houses into military barracks. Snipers were also deployed on the roofs of several homes.
7. Jerusalem Committee calls for broad mobilization in support of Al-Aqsa and warns against changing its status
The Jerusalem Committee of the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad called on the Palestinian people in the homeland and diaspora, as well as Arab and Muslim peoples, to mobilize and organize a broad popular gathering today, Friday, October 2, 2026, in solidarity with Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque, amid what it described as an unprecedented Israeli escalation inside the holy mosque.
The committee stressed that Al-Aqsa Mosque is “everyone’s responsibility,” emphasizing that Arab and Muslim communities are not exempt from the duty to provide support and take urgent action in response to ongoing attacks on holy sites in occupied Jerusalem.
8. Gaza bids farewell to 105 victims recovered from beneath the rubble of “Al-Taj” — Hamas: another display of the scale of the tragedy
Residents of Gaza City bid farewell to the bodies and remains of 105 victims recovered from beneath the rubble of the “Al-Taj” residential complex on al-Yarmouk Street after a long wait. Other families are still waiting to reach their relatives, amid a shortage of heavy equipment and Israeli restrictions obstructing search and rubble-removal operations.
The farewell ceremony was held in coordination between the Civil Defense, the Egyptian committee, and the victims’ families’ association in a square at the devastated site. Medics and rescue workers carried the shrouds and arranged them near the rubble, where relatives gathered to take a final look at their loved ones.

9. Iceland threatens to boycott Eurovision 2027 if “Israel” participates
Six of the nine members of the board of Iceland’s public broadcaster voted in favor of continuing their country’s boycott of the Eurovision Song Contest in 2027 if “Israel” is allowed to participate.
The board members instructed the broadcaster’s director to inform the European Broadcasting Union of their position, renewing their previous call for “Israel” to be excluded from the competition.
The chairman of the Icelandic broadcaster’s board, Stefán Jón Hafstein, said that the position of the majority of board members had not changed, noting that, according to him, the European Broadcasting Union had not taken a substantive position on the demand to exclude “Israel.”
10. “Le Monde”: “Israel” killed hundreds in Gaza strikes despite knowing they were civilians
An investigation by the French newspaper “Le Monde,” based on testimonies from Israeli soldiers collected by the organization “Breaking the Silence,” revealed troubling details about the way the Israeli army conducted bombing operations in the Gaza Strip. It indicated that, in some cases, the deaths of victims were factored into calculations made in advance when strike decisions were taken.
The testimonies cited by the newspaper show that the Israeli army used a wide range of intelligence and digital tools to identify targets, alongside advance estimates of the number of civilians who might be killed in certain strikes.
11. Destroyed Gaza ambulance and light projection outside Palantir headquarters in London expose its complicity in the genocide
Amnesty International and the “Just Treatment” group transported the destroyed ambulance to the headquarters of the American company, which supplies Israel with artificial-intelligence technologies used in targeting Gaza’s healthcare system. Meanwhile, activists projected messages onto the building’s façade condemning the company’s cooperation with the Israeli military.

The city of Glasgow witnessed a public demonstration expressing strong support for the Gaza Strip and condemning the United Kingdom’s military cooperation with the Israeli government in the ongoing war that demonstrators describe as genocidal.
Protesters raised slogans condemning the British government’s continued approval of exports of vital spare parts for F-35 fighter aircraft, which, according to the protesters, the Israeli military uses in systematic destruction and killings in Gaza and in the destruction of Palestinian land.
16. Hundreds of Italians demonstrate in Naples in support of Palestine and against fascism
The march began in Piazza del Gesù in the city center and ended in Piazza del Plebiscito as part of the “Antifa Festival,” which ran from September 27 to 30 and commemorated the “Four Days of Naples” in 1943, when the city’s residents rose up against Nazi occupation.

17. Zionist incitement against pro-Palestinian student event at Cornell University
The “Canary Mission” platform attacked a large political event organized by student movements at Cornell University in the United States because participants displayed slogans supporting the Palestinian intifada and opposing “imperialism” and American capitalism supporting Israel.
The campaign targeted U.S. Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who was one of the leading figures at the event, as well as leaders of the organizing student movements: Young Democratic Socialists, Students for Justice in Palestine, and Jewish Voice for Peace.
18. U.S. senator denounces lack of accountability for killing of Shireen Abu Akleh
U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen issued statements condemning the continued lack of accountability for those who killed Al Jazeera correspondent, journalist Shireen Abu Akleh.
Van Hollen stressed that the passage of time without the perpetrators being punished demonstrates, in his view, the widespread policy of impunity that the Israeli military systematically benefits from.
19. U.S. researcher: Our media accepted the destruction of Gaza and legitimized targeting its journalists
American researcher and historian specializing in Middle Eastern affairs Asal Rad launched a sharp attack on major U.S. media outlets, arguing that they had failed to inform the public about the reality of what is happening in the Gaza Strip and had accepted becoming part of the coverage of what she describes as a genocidal war, justifying crimes committed against civilians and journalists.
20. Konya fans release white doves and display images of Gaza victims before the Palestinian national team
Thousands of fans at the Konya Metropolitan Municipality Stadium chanted “Down with Israel” and held banners featuring images of the child Muhammad al-Durra and the character Handala.
