1. **Ramallah** –
Surveillance cameras documented settlers attacking Palestinian property in the al-Kaabneh community east of Ramallah in the West Bank, before fleeing the area after residents confronted them. No injuries were reported.

2. **Gaza** –
Electricity was cut off at Al-Awda Hospital in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza due to the depletion of fuel needed to operate generators, threatening the disruption of medical services provided to patients.

3. **Gaza** –
The Palestinian Ministry of Health organized a graduation ceremony for doctors who obtained the Palestinian Board certification at the courtyard of Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City, amid the ongoing assault. The Palestinian Board is an advanced medical specialization certificate, academically equivalent to a doctorate or specialized fellowship.
