1. Injuries, airstrikes, and demolitions in eastern Gaza as occupation violations continue

A number of civilians, including a woman and a child, were injured by Israeli occupation forces as they continued violating the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, including through airstrikes, artillery shelling, and building demolitions.
A medical source reported that a young girl was shot in the head after occupation forces opened random fire toward tents of displaced people near the so-called “Netzarim Corridor” in central Gaza.

**2. Doctors Without Borders announces partial suspension of activities at Nasser Medical Complex**

Doctors Without Borders announced that it has suspended non-critical medical activities at Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip, as of January 20, due to concerns related to “building management, maintaining neutrality, and security violations.”
The organization explained that its decision followed reports from patients and staff about the presence of armed men inside the medical complex, considering this a direct threat to the safety of patients and healthcare workers.

The Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture documented the uprooting and destruction of 777 trees in various areas of the occupied West Bank as a result of Israeli attacks carried out within one week, estimating losses at more than $761,000.
The ministry stated that the period between February 5 and 11 witnessed a noticeable escalation in Israeli violations targeting the agricultural sector in West Bank governorates.

**4. Gaza death toll rises to 72,051 since the beginning of the offensive**

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced updated statistics on the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the ongoing Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip, confirming that victims continue to arrive at hospitals while ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to retrieve others from under the rubble and from the streets.
According to cumulative statistics since the beginning of the offensive on October 7, 2023, the death toll has risen to 72,051, with 171,706 injuries, reflecting the massive human losses suffered by the Strip over more than a year of military operations.

In an unprecedented move, the Israeli occupation army revealed detailed official data on soldiers holding foreign nationalities, according to Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper.
The newspaper reported that Israeli army data show that 50,632 soldiers hold additional nationalities alongside Israeli citizenship. According to the published data, 12,135 soldiers hold American citizenship — the highest number by a large margin — in addition to more than 6,100 French nationals and over 5,000 Russian nationals.

Researcher Riyad Al-Ashqar, director of the Palestine Center for Prisoners Studies, said that the occupation government’s Minister of National Security seeks to make prisons “a piece of hell and graves for prisoners” by tightening detention conditions and escalating repressive measures against Palestinian prisoners, especially with the approach of Ramadan.
Al-Ashqar explained that Ben Gvir has recently intensified prison raids to personally ensure harsher living conditions and suffocation of prisoners, noting that he was keen to take photos and videos showing abuse and humiliation in an attempt to entrench a harsh reality inside prisons and affect prisoners’ morale while increasing their families’ anxiety.

The spokesperson for Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, Khalil Al-Daqran, warned that the coming hours will be critical and dangerous for the hospital’s continued operation amid a severe shortage of fuel and essential medical supplies, threatening several vital departments with shutdown.
He explained that remaining fuel quantities are no longer sufficient to operate electric generators for long, while the hospital relies entirely on alternative energy sources due to a complete electricity outage, placing patients’ lives — especially in intensive care and emergency departments — at real risk.

Salfit Governorate in central West Bank is facing a fierce settlement campaign, becoming the second most targeted governorate after Jerusalem in terms of settlement and Judaization.
According to Palestinian data and settlement maps, 41 new settlement structural plans were approved by the occupation in 2025 on Salfit lands. Additionally, tenders were issued for the construction of 10,098 new settlement units, including more than 730 in the “Ariel” settlement built on Salfit lands, with three tenders to expand the new neighborhood (Ariel West).
