The Israeli occupation army continues to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip for the 171st consecutive day, amid a tight blockade affecting more than two million Palestinians, with crossings still closed and the entry of medical and humanitarian aid prevented.
Seven civilians were killed and others injured as a result of an Israeli strike targeting two gatherings in the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, as part of the ongoing truce violations.
Local sources reported that Israeli aircraft bombed two gatherings, killing several civilians, including a girl, and injuring four others.

The center stated that occupation forces and settlers carried out 21,166 violations, including 1,286 attacks by settlers, reflecting a significant escalation in organized violence against Palestinians.
The report indicated that these violations resulted in the killing of 37 Palestinians and the injury of 701 others due to gunfire and direct assaults, pointing to the continued excessive use of force against civilians.

The Jerusalem Governorate warned of attempts by settlers to bring animal sacrifices into the Old City of Jerusalem, describing it as an escalatory step aimed at imposing new religious rituals during the Jewish holiday of Passover, while Al-Aqsa Mosque remains closed to worshippers for the 30th consecutive day.
The governorate stated that these attempts represent the use of religious rituals as a tool to Judaize Al-Aqsa Mosque and aim to impose settler religious narratives through performing and slaughtering sacrifices within its courtyards.

4. Occupation escalates attacks south of Jenin and arrests a man and his two sons from Hebron

Israeli occupation forces intensified their attacks in the town of Arraba, south of Jenin, while arresting a man and his two sons from Hebron.
Occupation bulldozers uprooted dozens of olive trees on a plot of land estimated at 25 dunams near the site of the Arraba camp, which was evacuated in 2005, in preparation for its expansion and reoccupation.

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip warned of an imminent danger threatening the continued operation of hospitals due to the worsening shortage of oil and spare parts needed to operate electrical generators, which could lead to a complete shutdown soon.
The ministry stated that 90 generators are completely out of service, while 38 operate with limited oil supplies and 11 require urgent maintenance, at a time when hospitals rely mainly on these generators due to power outages.

The club explained that these deaths resulted from torture, starvation, medical negligence, and systematic sexual abuse, in addition to a range of violations including deprivation, humiliation, abuse, and detention in inhumane conditions that violate human dignity.

7. Gaza patients between blockade and slow death: crossing closures worsen the health crisis

In a scene repeated daily in Gaza hospitals, thousands of patients and wounded are engaged in a silent struggle with pain amid a suffocating blockade that restricts their ability to leave for treatment abroad and prevents the entry of essential medicines and medical supplies.
Although the Palestinian Red Crescent announced a new medical evacuation today involving 17 patients accompanied by 33 companions through the Rafah crossing, these measures remain limited compared to the scale of the crisis, as tens of thousands of patients are waiting for the chance to receive treatment outside Gaza.

Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah, as settlers began establishing a new outpost in the “Aghraba” area west of the town.
