1. Two martyrs and injuries amid ongoing Israeli violations of the Gaza ceasefire
The Israeli army continues its field escalation in the Gaza Strip, 175 days after the ceasefire agreement. The eastern areas of the Strip have witnessed renewed gunfire and artillery shelling, resulting in the killing of two civilians and the injury of others.
These violations have led to the deaths of 714 civilians and injuries to 1,940 others, while the bodies of 756 martyrs have been recovered.
In the cumulative toll since the start of the offensive on October 7, 2023, the number of deaths has risen to 72,289, while total injuries have reached 172,040, according to the Ministry of Health.

2. Temple groups push to bring “sacrifices” into Al-Aqsa amid continued closure
Jerusalem sources revealed that extremist Temple groups carried out more than five attempts to bring animal sacrifices into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, indicating an unprecedented escalation targeting the site during this period.
According to the data, the number of attempts recorded in a single day is a record, reflecting the growing determination of these groups to perform “sacrifice” rituals inside Al-Aqsa, in response to calls by the so-called “Temple Organizations Union.”

3. Intensified incursions into Al-Aqsa, settlement expansion, demolitions, and forced evictions
The Jerusalem Governorate reported a significant rise in Israeli violations during the first quarter of the year, including increased incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque, accelerated settlement projects, and intensified demolitions, forced evictions, and land seizures.
Attacks on Al-Aqsa dominated the scene, with 9,373 settlers entering the site, in addition to 16,505 who entered under the cover of “tourism,” amid heavy police protection and ongoing restrictions on worshippers, especially during Ramadan.

4. Gaza Health Ministry warns of an imminent health catastrophe
The Palestinian Ministry of Health warned of serious consequences threatening the lives of hundreds of patients in the Gaza Strip due to the lack of fuel needed to operate hospital generators, amid ongoing effects of the Israeli offensive and the deteriorating humanitarian situation.
In its daily statistical report, the ministry stated that only 3 injured individuals arrived at hospitals in the past 24 hours, while many victims remain under the rubble or in the streets, due to the inability of emergency and civil defense teams to reach them.
