1. 4 Martyrs and Several Injured in Israeli Strike on Al-Rimal Neighborhood in Gaza City
Four civilians, including a woman, were killed and several others injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting a residential building in the Al-Rimal neighborhood west of Gaza City.
Local sources reported that four martyrs and several wounded were transferred to Al-Shifa Medical Complex following a strike involving multiple missiles on a residential apartment in a building in the neighborhood.

2. Ben Gvir Prevents Prison Oversight Amid Worsening Conditions for Palestinian Prisoners
The newspaper “Haaretz” reported that Israel’s far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir continues to prevent inspectors from the Ministry of Justice and the Public Defender’s Office from entering Israeli prisons and monitoring detention conditions, amid mounting criticism regarding the treatment of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails since the outbreak of the war of extermination on Gaza.
According to the report, a list of official inspectors was submitted to Ben Gvir in December, but he has refused to sign it since then, ignoring repeated requests to approve their entry into prisons.

3. Israeli Forces Assault Young Woman and Remove Her Hijab at Al-Aqsa Gates
Israeli occupation forces arrested a Palestinian young woman after assaulting her and removing her hijab at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
A video documented the moment occupation soldiers chased the girl near Bab Hutta, slapped her in the face, and tore off her hijab despite her screams and crying from the severity of the beating.

4. Occupation Forces Close Ibrahimi Mosque and Suppress Worshippers During Eid al-Adha
A limited number of worshippers performed Eid al-Adha prayers at the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron, southern occupied West Bank, amid strict Israeli security measures, closure of the mosque gates, and the firing of sound bombs toward worshippers.
Witnesses said occupation forces closed the mosque gates and searched worshippers at the entrances, prompting some of them to head to other mosques after delays in entering.

5. In Gaza… Eid al-Adha Prayers Among the Rubble and Without Sacrifices
Tens of thousands of Palestinians performed Eid al-Adha prayers in temporary prayer areas and open courtyards near the rubble of destroyed homes and mosques across the Gaza Strip, in a scene dominated by destruction and the absence of even the simplest signs of joy and celebration, after a bloody day in which 14 Palestinians were killed in ongoing Israeli bombardment.
Worshippers gathered in various parts of the Strip, where prayers were held in open spaces, atop the ruins of completely destroyed residential neighborhoods, and near demolished mosques. Citizens were determined to perform the ritual despite the security dangers, while sadness was evident on their faces.

6. West Bank Welcomes Eid al-Adha Amid Escalating Occupation Violence
Cities and towns across the West Bank witnessed widespread raids and incursions by occupation forces on the first day of Eid al-Adha, including arrests of young men, home raids, and heavy deployment across several governorates, alongside attacks by settlers on citizens’ property, including the burning and theft of vehicles, reflecting an escalation in aggression against Palestinians during the holiday.
In Nablus Governorate, occupation forces stormed the villages of Awarta, Salem, Beit Iba, and Tell southwest of the city, raided several homes, and arrested the young men Tawfiq Omar Al-Hamza, Ghaleb Nawfal, and Tawfiq Hamza, in addition to arresting Taha Hussein Ishtiya from Salem village after raiding his home.

7. Gaza Government Media Office: 3,005 Israeli Violations Since Ceasefire Began
The Government Media Office in Gaza stated that since the ceasefire agreement came into effect and over the course of 227 days, the Israeli occupation committed a total of 3,005 serious violations of the agreement, including bombardments, direct targeting of civilians, destruction of entire residential blocks, repeated shootings, and incursions into residential areas.
The office added in a press statement that these violations resulted in the killing of 910 civilians, the injury of 2,747 others, and the abduction and arrest of 82 citizens by occupation forces.

18. Texas School Attempts to Confiscate Flag from Graduate on Stage
Staff at Allen High School in the U.S. state of Texas attempted to forcibly remove a Palestinian flag from the hands of a graduating student as she walked onto the stage to receive her diploma.

19. Students and Academics Organize Event for Palestine at Rutgers University
Around 450 activists, including 50 graduating students in official graduation attire, organized the “People’s Forum for Palestine 2026” inside the Livingston Student Center in protest against what they described as the university administration’s “repressive system.”
The protest came after Rutgers University canceled the official speech of engineering graduate and biotechnology CEO Rami Al-Ghandour in response to objections over social media posts in which he accused the occupation of committing genocide and abusing Palestinian prisoners.

The British newspaper Financial Times revealed that the financial fund of the Gaza “Peace Council,” chaired by U.S. President Donald Trump, remains empty four months after its establishment amid legal and political obstacles hindering reconstruction projects in Gaza.
According to the newspaper, the council, which announced plans to raise $1 billion through lifetime membership fees and pledged an additional $10 billion, has not yet received any donor funds despite member states announcing commitments worth $7 billion for Gaza.

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor announced that it is taking a series of exceptional emergency measures following a systematic Israeli disinformation and smear campaign accompanied by dangerous incitement and threats targeting its team and president. The campaign escalated after the organization was accused of being behind a New York Times investigation into systematic sexual violence against Palestinians inside Israeli prisons.
The Euro-Med Monitor stated that due to the severe wave of threats and incitement, it was forced to restructure its field and institutional work while emphasizing that it will not retreat from its documentation mission.
