1. Three Palestinians killed as Israel renews ceasefire violations in Gaza
At least three Palestinians were killed, one of them succumbing to previous injuries, as Israeli forces resumed strikes on the Gaza Strip, violating the ceasefire agreement.
A local source reported that Hani Amr Abu Shabab was killed after being targeted by Israeli forces in the Al-Satr Al-Gharbi area, northwest of Khan Younis.
Medical sources also reported that another victim and several injured civilians were taken to hospital after Israeli warplanes carried out four airstrikes targeting a vehicle on the Wadi Gaza bridge, northwest of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza. Local sources later identified the victim as 21-year-old Hassan Mustafa Zuhair Al-Razayna.
2. Arrests and assaults during Israeli evening raids across the West Bank
Israeli forces continued raids and military operations across several areas of the occupied West Bank, carrying out arrests in Qalqilya, raids in several villages in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, and assaulting a young Palestinian at the Al-Jalama checkpoint north of Jenin.
In Qalqilya, Israeli forces arrested four young men: Elias Al-Shanti, Adam Al-Shanti, Ahmad Sa’sa, and Mohammad Al-Basha, while they were near the Al-Marj area, which is surrounded by the separation wall east of the city.
In the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, Israeli forces raided the villages of Kafr Ni’ma, Bil’in, Deir Ibzi’, Ein Arik, Kharbatha Bani Harith, Ajjul, Arura, Abwein, and Jaljulia without carrying out any arrests.
3. Palestinian prisoner documents escalating abuses against female detainees in Israeli prisons
Lawyer Hassan Abadi revealed testimony from Palestinian prisoner Shahd Mohammad Ahmad Adi, 23, following a prison visit, describing escalating abuse against Palestinian women held in Israeli prisons.
Adi, a nursing graduate who has been detained since March 25, said she was subjected to severe mistreatment from the moment of her arrest, including being forced under threats to remove her jilbab in freezing weather.
4. Human rights group holds Israel legally responsible for any restrictions on elections
The Himaya Center for Human Rights held the Israeli authorities fully legally responsible for any measures or restrictions that could obstruct the holding of elections, particularly in occupied Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip during its current transitional period.
The center referred to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas’ presidential decree issued on July 8, 2026, calling for Legislative Council elections on November 28, 2026, describing it as a long-awaited constitutional milestone and an essential step toward ending political division, restoring democratic life, and strengthening the rule of law.

A Palestinian youth bravely confronted a group of Israeli settlers, one of whom was armed with a firearm, during their raid on the village of Beitillu, west of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.

A young man retrieved a Palestinian flag that had been confiscated by a Berlin police officer during a demonstration in solidarity with Gaza, pulling it away and placing it over his shoulders.
7. Spain opens investigation into Israeli military leaders
Spain’s National Court has opened an investigation into several Israeli military officials, including Israeli Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir, over the interception of the “Global Sumud Flotilla” in international waters in October 2025 while it was carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza.
The decision followed a complaint filed by Spanish political parties and organizations. Judge Francisco de Jorge announced an investigation into the alleged unlawful detention of activists, noting that the participation of Spanish-flagged vessels gives Spanish courts jurisdiction over the case.
8. Australian court overturns anti-Palestine protest laws, costing government nearly half a million dollars
The government of New South Wales and its police force suffered legal losses totaling nearly half a million Australian dollars after losing court cases brought by Palestine solidarity groups.
Official documents revealed that authorities spent AU$117,000 defending restrictive public assembly laws introduced to ban protests during Israeli President Isaac Herzog’s visit to Sydney earlier this year. The laws were later struck down by the Court of Appeal.
9. EU foreign ministers discuss banning products from Israeli settlements

10. Italian lawmakers seek prosecution of Israeli soldier accused of genocide in Gaza
Stefania Ascari, spokesperson for Italy’s Five Star Movement in the Chamber of Deputies, has asked the Ministers of Justice and Interior to urgently explain why an Israeli soldier accused of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide in Gaza was allowed to enter Italy while on leave.
The request follows a complaint filed by the Hind Rajab Foundation against Israeli soldier Arik Ben Asoulin of Battalion 749 of the Israeli Combat Engineering Corps, accusing him of involvement in massacres against Palestinians.
11. Activists climb Irish Football Association headquarters protesting matches with Israel
Activists from the left-wing republican group Éirígí climbed onto the roof of the Football Association of Ireland headquarters in west Dublin to protest the association’s decision to play UEFA Nations League matches against Israel.
The protesters displayed a banner reading: “FAI are cowards – Stop the game!” alongside Irish and Palestinian flags.
12. French court orders removal of Palestinian flag from town hall near Lyon
The Administrative Court of Lyon ordered the removal of the Palestinian flag displayed on the town hall of Vaulx-en-Velin, ruling that it violates the principle of neutrality in public institutions.
The municipality was ordered to remove the flag immediately and faces a €100 daily fine for any delay in complying with the ruling.
13. Germany approves bill protecting Israel’s right to exist

14. British police raid homes of Palestine activists and arrest five people
British police carried out raids on at least five homes belonging to pro-Palestine activists, arresting five individuals accused of posting online videos expressing support for a movement opposing the arming of Israel that has been banned by UK authorities.
Among those targeted was John, a disabled activist who gained international attention after police assaulted him and attempted to remove him from his wheelchair during a Labour Party conference in Liverpool.

17. Zionist organization targets Hawaii teacher for wearing Palestinian keffiyeh
The Zionist organization StopAntisemitism launched a campaign against kindergarten teacher Marissa Ibrahim Pangilinan in Honolulu, Hawaii, simply for wearing a Palestinian keffiyeh at work.
The organization claimed the keffiyeh is associated with violence and urged school administrators to discipline or dismiss her following complaints from pro-Israel parents and settlers.
18. One-quarter of American Jews believe Israel is committing genocide in Gaza
A new poll conducted by the Associated Press in partnership with the NORC Center for Public Affairs Research found growing divisions within the American Jewish community.
Around one-quarter of respondents believe Israel is committing genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. The figure rises to nearly 40% among Jews who primarily identify culturally or ethnically rather than religiously.
19. Israeli settlers detain U.S. congressman in the West Bank
U.S. Democratic Representative Ro Khanna said armed Israeli settlers carrying U.S.-made M4 rifles detained him during a field visit to the occupied West Bank.
Khanna said the experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the impact of the Israeli occupation on Palestinian communities. Reuters reported that settlers surrounded his vehicle while he was visiting a village in the southern West Bank.
20. Petition signed by 4,000 supporters urges Japan to exclude Israel from drone procurement
The Boycott movement in Japan has launched a new petition calling on the Ministry of Defense and companies Sumitomo and NASS to halt the purchase of Israeli attack drones, warning that the deal would make Tokyo “complicit in the genocide” against Palestinians in Gaza.
The campaign follows a previous success in February 2026, when Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) withdrew from a drone procurement tender after intense public pressure, despite submitting a symbolic bid of just one Japanese yen.
