1. One killed and others injured in shooting and artillery shelling in Gaza

Violations by the Israeli occupation of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip continue, with ongoing shelling, demolition operations, gunfire, and attacks targeting various areas of the Strip. In the latest developments, citizen Mohammed Bashir Yusuf Abu Armana, a resident of Deir al-Balah, was killed by Israeli gunfire at the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza. Two Palestinians were also injured by Israeli fire southeast of Gaza City.

2. Health Ministry warns of collapse of oxygen supplies in Gaza hospitals

The Palestinian Ministry of Health warned of the danger of a complete shutdown of oxygen supplies to hospitals and patients in the Gaza Strip, stressing that the operating capacity of the remaining plants has been completely depleted and that they are operating beyond their maximum capacity, amid worsening recurring breakdowns and the inability of maintenance teams to deal with them.

In a statement, the ministry reported that only 12 of the 34 oxygen plants remain operational under extremely complex technical and mechanical conditions, leaving them unable to meet the growing needs of healthcare facilities and service providers.

Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of raids and incursions targeting towns, cities, and refugee camps in various parts of the occupied West Bank. The operations involved clashes, gunfire, arrests, and assaults on residents.

The Israeli army announced that two Palestinians were wounded by gunfire in the town of Beit Fajjar, south of the Bethlehem governorate, claiming that its soldiers had been targeted with a Molotov cocktail. Israeli forces also raided the town of Tuqu’, southeast of Bethlehem.

4. Settlers establish a new settlement outpost on lands belonging to Silwad and Deir Jarir

Settlers established a new settlement outpost on lands belonging to the towns of Silwad and Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah, in another step aimed at expanding settlements and seizing more Palestinian land.

Local sources reported that settlers erected a tent and began establishing the new outpost near the entrance to the village of Deir Jarir, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, which provided security for the settlers while they carried out their activities in the area.

5. 22 oxygen plants out of service in Gaza… and only 4 filling devices stand between premature babies and suffocation

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that 22 of the 34 medical oxygen-generation plants had gone out of service, while 26 of the 30 devices used to fill oxygen cylinders had stopped operating. It warned that what remains of the system is now on the brink of “complete paralysis,” as the entry of spare parts and technical equipment into the Strip continues to be blocked.

In its statement, the ministry said that “the operating capacity of the remaining oxygen plants has been completely depleted,” and that the 12 remaining plants are operating “under extremely complex technical and mechanical conditions” and beyond their maximum capacity, amid worsening recurring breakdowns.

The four remaining filling devices could stop “at any moment” because engineering teams are unable to carry out emergency maintenance due to the absence of replacement parts. This threatens to cut off oxygen supplies to intensive care units, operating rooms, and incubators for premature infants.

Settlers began grazing their sheep among residents’ homes in the Jabal Mufid area of the town of Arraba, south of Jenin, under the protection and security of Israeli occupation forces.

Local sources reported that the settlers assaulted several residents in the area, amid the deployment of occupation forces that provided them with protection.

This comes amid escalating settler attacks around Arraba, as attempts continue to impose a new colonial reality in the area through settlement expansion and attacks against residents and their land.

18. Activists target Israeli Elbit Systems branch and destroy its locks in Florida

The Palestine Action movement claimed responsibility for an action targeting a branch of the U.S. company Elbit Systems in the state of Florida. Activists sprayed the building with red paint and destroyed its locks.

The action was carried out in protest against the company’s alleged involvement in supplying the Israeli occupation army with approximately 80% of the components used in weapons manufacturing.

The movement stated that Real Time Laboratories, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems, produces electrical components used by Israel’s largest weapons manufacturer, making it, according to the movement, a major partner in facilitating the genocide.

19. Oregon police suspend Zionist recruit after her participation in the genocide was exposed

The Columbia Tribal Police Department in the U.S. state of Oregon suspended former Israeli occupation army soldier Milena Suarez from duty and placed her on mandatory administrative leave pending the results of an extensive investigation into her alleged crimes in the Gaza Strip.

The suspension followed widespread outrage and intense pressure from human-rights and community groups, which exposed the recruitment of the Israeli woman into the U.S. police force. In a report, the UN office revealed that humanitarian and municipal teams have been unable to reach three Palestinian families who have been besieged for days in the town of Qusra, south of Nablus, following the establishment of a settlement outpost adjacent to their homes and the tightening of military restrictions in the area.
