  • 1. Three Palestinians, including a child, killed in Gaza as Israeli violations of the ceasefire continue

Three Palestinians, including a child, were killed and others injured as a result of Israeli shelling and gunfire in Gaza City and Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip.

Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement for the 365th consecutive day since it was signed in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, on October 10, 2025, under Arab and US mediation.

Several areas across the Gaza Strip have been subjected to artillery shelling, airstrikes, and gunfire, alongside new demolitions of Palestinian homes, as Israeli attacks continue despite the truce agreement.

## 2. Gaza on the brink of winter: Two million Palestinians without shelter and thousands of essential supplies stranded outside the Strip

As winter approaches, approximately two million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip face an even greater threat. Israel’s war of extermination has reduced their homes to rubble, leaving thousands of families in dilapidated tents and damaged buildings that offer no protection from the cold and cannot withstand the rain.

Meanwhile, essential shelter supplies remain stranded outside the Strip because of Israeli restrictions on the entry of humanitarian aid.

The International Organization for Migration has warned of the urgent need for shelter supplies in Gaza, stressing that the scale of humanitarian needs requires immediate intervention to provide shelter and protection for families who have lost their homes.

The approaching winter season threatens to further deepen the suffering of displaced people, who have already been exhausted by the war and repeated displacement.

## 3. Closure of the Al-Awda Health Complex worsens Gaza’s hospital crisis amid shortages of fuel and medicine

The healthcare crisis in the Gaza Strip continues to worsen, as medical facilities go out of service and hospitals and health centers become increasingly unable to provide care for patients.

The situation is compounded by shortages of fuel, medicines, and medical supplies, as well as damage to healthcare infrastructure caused by the war.

Concerns are mounting over the impact of this deterioration on patients’ lives, particularly those suffering from chronic illnesses and those requiring continuous treatment or urgent medical interventions.

In Qalqilya, occupation forces entered the city through the northern checkpoint and carried out a series of raids and arrests targeting several former prisoners.

The forces also fired live ammunition, injuring a young man with bullet fragments.

## 5. Settler attacks in the West Bank: Elderly woman injured, vehicle and sheep stolen, and 100 olive trees cut down

Settler attacks have continued across the West Bank, resulting in injuries to an elderly woman, the cutting down of olive trees, the theft of sheep and a vehicle, and the prevention of local residents from harvesting olives.

In Hebron, a 79-year-old woman sustained moderate injuries after being attacked by a dog set upon olive pickers by settlers in the village of Birin, east of the city.

Farid Barqan, head of the Birin Village Council, reported that a group of settlers from the recently established settlement outpost known as “Adorim,” built on Palestinian-owned land in the Khallat al-Furn area of the village, set their dogs on farmers while they were harvesting olives.

The man says: “Be careful of the day someone decides to target you… and when that happens, don’t come crying.”

The footage has sparked widespread outrage on social media and among human rights organizations, which have raised pointed questions with the French Interior Ministry and called for the armed man to be prosecuted.
